Isabella Koeck is Chief of Staff to the CEO at Carrot Fertility, the global fertility and family-building benefits company. A strategy and operations specialist based in New York, she helps run the CEO's office - shaping company strategy, tightening processes, and scaling execution. Before Carrot she led process improvement and project management at CHANEL, held a series of strategy and finance roles at the supply-chain technology company project44 (including work on a $420M Series F raise and multiple acquisitions), and began her career in deal advisory and private equity at KPMG.
