1. What YesPress is

YesPress is an editorial directory where companies, founders, and products are featured with a single, clearly written profile page. We write your page — you provide the information, we shape the story.

YesPress is not a press release service, an advertising platform, or a guaranteed media placement. We maintain editorial discretion over all content published on the site.

2. Claiming a URL

Claiming a URL on YesPress is free and reserves your handle (e.g. yespress.io/yourcompany) for you. Claiming does not publish a page or guarantee future publication.

• You may only claim a URL for a company, product, or person you are authorised to represent.
• We reserve the right to reclaim handles that are inactive, misleading, or in violation of these terms.
• Certain handles are reserved and unavailable (e.g. "admin", "api", "www").

3. Getting featured

To publish a page on YesPress, you pay a one-time fee of $99. This is not a subscription. There are no renewal fees.

• Payment is processed at the time you request your feature.
• Once payment is received, our editorial team will write your page based on the information you have provided.
• You may request reasonable edits after publication. We are not obligated to accept all requested changes.
• We do not offer refunds once your page has been written and published. If we are unable to produce your page, you will receive a full refund.

4. Your content and information

You retain ownership of the information and materials you provide to us. By submitting information, you grant YesPress a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce that information as part of your published feature page.

By providing information to YesPress, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to share it and to have it published
• It is accurate and not misleading
• It does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• It does not contain defamatory, unlawful, or harmful content

We own the editorial writing, structure, and presentation of published pages. You may share your YesPress page and link to it freely.

5. Editorial discretion

YesPress reserves the right to decline to feature any company, product, or person without explanation. We also reserve the right to remove or edit published pages if we determine they contain inaccurate, misleading, or harmful content, or if they no longer meet our editorial standards.

YesPress is not a neutral hosting platform. Every page reflects our editorial judgement. We do not accept paid influence over editorial content beyond the factual information you provide.

6. Flagging and abuse

Anyone may flag a published page if they believe it contains inaccurate or harmful information. We review all flags and take appropriate action, which may include editing or removing the page. We are not liable for user-submitted flags or their outcomes.

7. Advertising

YesPress displays third-party advertisements via Google AdSense on browse pages. Advertising helps keep the directory free to access. Featured pages (paid) are ad-free. We do not control the content of third-party ads and are not responsible for any products or services advertised through them.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use YesPress to:

• Impersonate a company, individual, or entity you do not represent
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the operation of the site or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content without permission

9. Disclaimers

YesPress pages are written based on information provided by or about the featured entity. We make reasonable efforts to verify information but do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any content published.

YesPress is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from bugs or viruses.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YesPress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of business, or reputational harm, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of YesPress after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
