Linda Tong is the Chief Executive Officer of Webflow, the visual web development platform powering over 300,000 businesses. Promoted from COO to CEO in June 2024, she brings a rare cross-industry pedigree - from helping launch Google Chrome and Android, to co-founding Tapjoy, to driving product innovation at the NFL, to running Cisco's AppDynamics division. A Yale-educated economist who discovered she 'never felt empowered to build' herself, she now leads the platform designed to fix exactly that problem.

Brett Williams is the founder and sole operator of Designjoy, a subscription-based design agency generating over $3M/year entirely by himself - no employees, no meetings, no nonsense. Running on under $200/month in tools and billing clients $4,995-$7,995/month, he's built one of the most efficient service businesses on the internet. He's also the creator of Productize Yourself, a course with 8,000+ members teaching others to replicate his model, and is one of the top 200 creators on X/Twitter where he shares his unconventional approach to work, design, and freedom.

Laela Sturdy is the Managing Partner and CEO of CapitalG, Alphabet's $7 billion independent growth equity fund. A first-generation American born in Jamaica and raised in South Florida, she played Division I basketball at Harvard, earned an MBA from Stanford, and built a track record at CapitalG where every one of her early investments became a unicorn — including Stripe, Duolingo, UiPath, and Webflow. She became sole leader of CapitalG in March 2023, making her one of a tiny handful of women running an established multibillion-dollar venture firm.
