Jérémy Clédat

Jérémy Clédat is the co-founder and co-CEO of Welcome to the Jungle, the Paris-born work experience company that has grown into a job-search and employer-branding platform used by thousands of companies worldwide. A former venture capitalist who spent six years backing media, HR and education businesses, he left finance to build a media-driven alternative to soul-crushing job boards. Under his leadership the company adopted a permanent four-day work week, raised roughly €79 million across three rounds, and pushed into the United States from a New York base. He argues the recruiting industry lacks authenticity and transparency, and has built Welcome to the Jungle around showing candidates what work is really like.
