Jason Ballard
Jason Ballard is the co-founder and CEO of ICON, an Austin-based construction technology company that uses large-scale 3D printing, robotics, and advanced materials to build homes faster and more affordably. A biology graduate and former sustainable-building entrepreneur, Ballard printed the first permitted 3D-printed home in the United States in 2018 and has since pushed ICON toward delivering entire communities of printed homes while developing an off-world construction system for NASA to build on the Moon and Mars.

Previously he solo-founded Skio, a Shopify subscriptions startup that reached $32M ARR and a $105M cash exit. A former top-200 North American League of Legends player who dropped out of college at 19, he is one of the most outspoken solo-founder operators in consumer tech today.
