Jillian Locks

Jillian Locks is Vice President and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Hatch, the sleep technology company behind the Restore smart sleep clock and the Hatch Baby sound machine. A strategy and operations leader, she has spent much of her career building consumer products at mission-driven companies, moving through communications, retail, and kids' education before helping steer Hatch's growth. She works closely with Hatch co-founder and CEO Ann Crady Weiss, is a named inventor on several of the company's early baby and sleep devices, and was recognized by the Silicon Valley Business Journal as a Women of Influence honoree.
