On June 11, 2026, ServiceNow and IBM announced an expanded multi-year collaboration aimed at clearing two of the biggest obstacles to enterprise AI at scale: brittle legacy applications and ungoverned, AI-unready data. The companies will deliver joint solutions across three pillars — application modernization, enterprise data governance, and autonomous infrastructure operations — pairing the ServiceNow AI Platform with IBM tools including IBM Bob, watsonx.data, Red Hat Ansible, Instana, and HashiCorp Terraform and Vault. The solutions are expected in the second half of 2026.

Sarang Jagdale is a PhD engineer turned supply chain AI co-founder who spent over two decades cracking some of the world's hardest logistics problems - from IBM's global consulting floors to the startup that eventually became Lyric. As Head of Decision Science at Lyric, he architects the algorithmic core of a platform now trusted by Coca-Cola, Google, and Mondelez to make their supply chains think for themselves. Barrett Boston is the former Chief Executive Officer of Ottimate (formerly Plate IQ), a San Francisco-based AI-powered accounts payable automation platform.
