Kate Condliffe
Kate Condliffe is the co-founder and CEO of Diana Health, a network of women's health practices that partners with hospitals to rebuild their maternity and OB/GYN programs around holistic, team-based care. She launched the company in 2020 out of AlleyCorp's healthcare incubator after two decades scaling high-value care models, including roles as COO of the Clinton Health Access Initiative and COO of the birth-center network Baby+Co. Under her leadership, Diana Health has grown to nine locations across Tennessee, Florida, and Texas, cares for more than 80,000 women annually, and has raised roughly $101 million to date, including a $55 million Series C in 2025.
Ana-Maria Constantin
Ana-Maria Constantin is the CEO and co-founder of Cascade AI, a Bellevue-based startup building agentic AI that automates the grind of HR and back-office operations. A Harvard dual major in computer science and astrophysics who left Romania after high school, she spent five-plus years as a software engineer at Microsoft writing code that touched millions of users on Azure before deciding HR - the function that touches more lives than any other in a company - was the perfect place to point machine learning. She raised a $5.45M-plus seed round led by Google's Gradient Ventures with AlleyCorp, was named GeekWire's Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2024, and recognized as a 2025 Google Cloud Partner All-Star.
Jen Wirt
Jen Wirt is the founder and CEO of Coral Care, a venture-backed digital health company that sends licensed pediatric speech, occupational, and physical therapists into families' homes and bills their insurance directly. She started the company in 2023 after her own daughter's developmental delays sent her through six months of waitlists and thousands of dollars in out-of-network bills. A former product manager in consumer electronics and digital health, Wirt built Coral Care as a three-sided platform that pairs families needing care with clinicians who want to build sustainable private practices. By early 2026 the company had raised $19.5M, operated across five states, and grown a network of 400+ providers.
