Michael Pusateri is the CEO and founder of Siepe, a Dallas-based fintech he started in 2012 after a career running technology inside hedge funds. Siepe builds software and managed services for CLO managers, private credit funds, and other alternative investment firms, and closed a $30 million Series B led by WestCap in August 2024. Before Siepe, Pusateri was CTO at Carlson Capital and CTO/co-COO at Highland Capital Management.
Victor Lopez is the co-founder and CEO of FlexPoint, a payments-automation platform built for managed service providers and the small businesses they serve. A former finance lawyer turned private-credit principal at Owl Rock/Blue Owl Capital, he left the world of middle-market lending to attack a less glamorous problem: getting small businesses paid faster. Founded in 2022 and launched in 2023, FlexPoint raised a $12M Series A led by Foundry Group in 2025 and now handles payments for tens of thousands of businesses.

Ali Hamed is the founder, CEO, and partner of Treville Capital Group (formerly CoVenture), a New York-based alternative asset management firm he co-founded as a Cornell student in 2014. From cold-emailing tech executives as an agriculture major to managing $2.7 billion in assets across credit, capital solutions, and venture, Hamed has built one of the most creative and eclectic investing platforms of his generation - financing YouTube creator catalogs, watermelon crops, and Amazon roll-ups before most VCs knew those asset classes existed.
