Hysata

Hysata is an Australian clean-energy manufacturer commercialising a capillary-fed electrolyser that splits water into hydrogen at around 95% system efficiency, well above conventional electrolysers. Spun out of the University of Wollongong, the company aims to produce green hydrogen at the lowest cost to help decarbonise hard-to-abate sectors such as steel, chemicals and heavy transport, and is scaling toward gigawatt-scale manufacturing at Port Kembla, New South Wales.
