Napkin Inc. is a Miami-founded, Abu Dhabi-incorporated company that buys, builds and grows cash-flowing digital service providers - creative agencies, SaaS, fintech and e-commerce shops - and rolls them into a shared, revenue-sharing structure it likens to turning digital transactions into tradable royalty streams. Led by co-founder and CEO Matthew Liberto, the company batches acquisitions of 'digital disruptors' and gives selling founders and staff common equity rather than the preferred-heavy terms of a traditional private-equity fund. Its work has since expanded into Napkin Deals, an online marketplace connecting buyers, sellers and capital providers across M&A, financing and digital-asset transactions.
