Snigdha Kumar

Snigdha Kumar is the CEO and co-founder of Brico, a San Francisco regtech startup that automates the slow, state-by-state process of getting and keeping financial licenses for payments, lending, mortgage and crypto companies. A Harvard-trained public policy analyst with more than a decade in fintech across the U.S., India, Indonesia and Myanmar, she previously led product operations at the savings app Digit. In October 2025 Brico raised a $13.5M Series A led by Flourish Ventures, on the back of 600% year-over-year growth.
