Katie Siegel is the co-founder and CEO of Flipturn, the New York software company building the control center for electric fleet and charger operations. An MIT-trained engineer who was among the first dozen builders at Samsara before its IPO and co-founded Impira (acquired by Figma), she now points her fleet-software expertise at the least glamorous, most consequential problem in electrification: keeping commercial EV chargers actually working. Flipturn has raised about $26.5M, including an $11M Series A led by CRV, and counts the City of Seattle, Purolator, Republic Services, and Swift Transportation among its customers.
Advith Chelikani is the co-founder and CTO of Pylon, an AI-powered B2B customer support platform based in San Francisco. A Caltech computer science graduate and former Samsara engineer, Advith co-founded Pylon in November 2022 alongside Marty Kausas and Robert Eng. In under three years, the company raised $51.2M in total funding - including a $17M Series A from a16z in 2024 and a $31M Series B in 2025 - scaled to 750+ customers, and grew revenue 5x year-over-year for two consecutive years. Pylon replaces legacy platforms like Zendesk by meeting enterprise support teams where their customers already are: Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Discord.

Rushil Goel is the CEO and Co-founder of Nirvana Insurance, an AI-native commercial trucking insurance company valued at $1.5 billion after a $100M Series D in December 2025. Before founding Nirvana, he spent five years at Samsara scaling fleet telematics from zero to $400M+ ARR, where he spotted the gap between how much safety data existed and how little insurance companies used it. An IIT Bombay CS grad with a Wharton MBA, Goel has built two companies and scaled products across India and the US - from mobile payments at Ola to connected fleet operations - before channeling everything into rebuilding commercial insurance from the ground up.
Andy McCall is a General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), one of Silicon Valley's most influential venture capital firms, where he focuses on the American Dynamism and AI Apps funds. A 25-year veteran of technology sales and go-to-market strategy, McCall built and scaled two legendary companies - first growing Meraki from single-digit millions to hundreds of millions in revenue before Cisco's 2012 acquisition, then taking Samsara from startup to a billion-dollar-ARR public company as CRO. He joined a16z in November 2024, bringing rare operational credibility as an investor who can tell founders 'Been there, done that' on the CRO journey.

Meagen Eisenberg is the Chief Marketing Officer at Samsara (NYSE: IOT), the industrial IoT company redefining connected operations. A former IT engineer turned marketing powerhouse, she has led marketing at MongoDB (through its 2017 IPO), TripActions/Navan, Lacework, and DocuSign. With 30+ advisory roles and 18 successful exits including 3 IPOs and 15 M&A transactions, she is one of B2B tech's most decorated CMOs — blending engineering rigor, data obsession, and a fierce belief that writing is the most underrated skill in marketing.
