Jenny Campbell
Jenny Campbell is a Los Angeles-based brand, performance and growth marketing executive who has spent more than two decades moving between advertising agencies and the brands they serve. She began at Wieden+Kennedy, spent over seven years at Nike working across Nike Women's, brand innovation and the Nike+ ecosystem as senior global brand director, then became managing director at 72andSunny, where clients included adidas, Google, Starbucks, Uber and eBay. In September 2018 she joined Tinder as chief marketing officer, and in November 2020 Kate Spade New York named her CMO with a brief spanning brand marketing, direct-to-consumer engagement and digital. She later served as interim head of creative at Athleta and is currently interim chief marketing officer at Frank & Eileen, the woman-owned, B Corp-certified apparel brand in downtown Los Angeles. A Morehead-Cain Scholar and 1995 journalism graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, she has served on the board of MAKERS and mentors young women entering the industry.
Renate Nyborg
Renate Nyborg is the founder and CEO of Meeno, a generative-AI app teaching people - mostly young men - how to build real relationships, which she frames as a fight against loneliness she rates 'on par with climate change.' She was the first woman to run Tinder and previously led Apple's App Store subscriptions in Europe and built Headspace's first international product and marketing org. Half Norwegian, half Dutch, raised across four countries and fluent in five languages, she studied philosophy at Cambridge in her third language. Meeno has raised about $5 million from Sequoia, Andrew Ng's AI Fund and NEA, and has pivoted from text advice toward voice-based practice scenarios it calls the 'Duolingo of dating.'
Whitney Wolfe Herd
Whitney Wolfe Herd co-founded Tinder, sued it for sexual harassment, and turned that lawsuit into Bumble - the dating app where women make the first move. By 31, she became the world's youngest female self-made billionaire and the youngest woman to take a self-founded company public in U.S. history. After stepping down as CEO in 2023 and experiencing what she calls an 'ego death,' she returned to lead Bumble in 2025 with a new vision: rebuilding it as 'The Love Company.'
Jeff Morris Jr.
Jeff Morris Jr. is the founder and managing partner of Chapter One, a pre-seed and seed-stage venture firm with ~$130M AUM. A former VP of Product Revenue at Tinder where he built Tinder Gold and helped add $8B+ to Match Group's market cap, he has seed-invested in 13 unicorns including Mercury, Supabase, Compound Finance, Dapper Labs, and Superhuman. He writes the 'New Internet' Substack and is known as 'the product person on your cap table.'
