Jenny Campbell is a Los Angeles-based brand, performance and growth marketing executive who has spent more than two decades moving between advertising agencies and the brands they serve. She began at Wieden+Kennedy, spent over seven years at Nike working across Nike Women's, brand innovation and the Nike+ ecosystem as senior global brand director, then became managing director at 72andSunny, where clients included adidas, Google, Starbucks, Uber and eBay. In September 2018 she joined Tinder as chief marketing officer, and in November 2020 Kate Spade New York named her CMO with a brief spanning brand marketing, direct-to-consumer engagement and digital. She later served as interim head of creative at Athleta and is currently interim chief marketing officer at Frank & Eileen, the woman-owned, B Corp-certified apparel brand in downtown Los Angeles. Gap Inc. is the largest specialty apparel company in the United States, a San Francisco-based house of brands that includes Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic and Athleta. Founded in 1969 by Donald and Doris Fisher as a single Levi's jeans store, the company now operates roughly 3,500 stores plus a large e-commerce business, serving customers across value, core and premium price points. Under CEO Richard Dickson, Gap Inc. is executing a turnaround built on brand reinvigoration, a stronger operating platform and a diversified, more resilient supply chain.
Renee Halvorsen is the Chief Marketing Officer of Marine Layer, the San Francisco apparel brand known for absurdly soft t-shirts and a laid-back California outlook. A Yale-trained economist who began her career in finance and investment banking, she has spent the better part of a decade at Marine Layer, helping grow the business more than tenfold by treating marketing as a blend of art and science and treating customer lifetime value as the metric that matters most. Before Marine Layer she sharpened her craft in strategy and analytics roles at Gap Inc. and Athleta.
Yidi Campbell is the founder and CEO of Indyx, a San Francisco connected-wardrobe platform that lets people catalog, style, and resell the clothes they already own. A Georgetown business graduate, she moved from investment banking at Credit Suisse to corporate development at Gap Inc. and strategy at Athleta before launching Indyx in 2021 to fight fashion overconsumption from the closet outward.
