GOLDEX GLOBAL builds the world's first mass-produced robotic terminal for automatically assaying, buying, selling, pawning and storing gold and silver. Its self-service kiosks - branded Goldomat and ATM-Pawnshop - combine X-ray spectrometry, hydrostatic weighing and AI to appraise jewellery, coins and scrap in roughly 3-5 minutes and pay customers instantly to a bank card. The company pairs the hardware with management software, a vending line for investment bars and coins, and a blockchain layer for gold tokenization, positioning itself at the intersection of physical precious metals and digital finance.

TabSquare.AI is a Singapore-based restaurant technology company that builds an AI-powered digital ordering and customer engagement platform for the food and beverage industry. Its SmartTab tablet menus, self-service kiosks, QR-code web ordering and marketing tools use AI to deliver personalized menu recommendations, streamline ordering and payment, and lift restaurant revenue. Founded in 2012 by three INSEAD graduates, TabSquare serves thousands of outlets across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Europe, and has been a wholly owned subsidiary of global food-delivery group Delivery Hero since 2021.
Matthias Hofmann
Matthias Hofmann is the co-founder and CEO of Eyebot, a Boston-based company building self-serve vision-test kiosks that deliver a 90-second refractive exam and pair users with a tele-optometrist. He holds a PhD in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech, did postdoctoral optics work at Harvard Medical School, and was an early engineer at MIT spinout EyeNetra before starting Eyebot in 2021 with Jack Moldave. In August 2025 Eyebot raised a $20M Series A led by General Catalyst.
Yongjoon Choe
Yongjoon Choe is the founder and CEO of lululab, the Seoul-based AI skincare company that spun out of Samsung's C-Lab in 2017. He turned a genome-sequencing detour at Harvard into Lumini, a system that reads ten-plus skin conditions from a single face photo in about ten seconds and recommends products to match. Under Choe, lululab has won CES Innovation Awards four years running and built its diagnostics on a deep-learning model trained on millions of skin-data points.
Mashgin
Mashgin builds an AI-powered self-checkout kiosk that recognizes items by sight - no barcodes, no scanning, no line. The Palo Alto company uses computer vision and deep learning to ring up an entire tray of food, drinks, or merchandise in a few seconds, and is deployed in over 800 locations across stadiums, airports, convenience stores, ski resorts, and corporate cafeterias.
Vaseem Anjum
Vaseem Anjum is a Silicon Valley serial entrepreneur and CEO of Innowi Inc., a Santa Clara-based restaurant technology company delivering all-in-one POS, kiosk ordering, QR code ordering, and kitchen management solutions to restaurants across the US. Before entering the restaurant tech space, he founded SchoolCity Inc. in 1999, an influential K-12 assessment and personalized learning platform that served nearly 2 million students across 140+ districts before merging into Illuminate Education in 2018. With a hardware engineering background spanning National Semiconductor and NEC Electronics, Anjum brings a rare arc from chip design to edtech exit to hospitality software.
