Tim Zinkl
Tim Zinkl is the CEO and co-founder of Pairio (YC P26), an AI mobile app that helps factory technicians fix broken machines faster. Raised across Brazil, Spain, and China and schooled in the UK and Germany, he built an events business in college, was an early employee at battery-recycling startup tozero, and teamed up with engineer Matthias Wolf - whom he met at a Technical University of Munich entrepreneurship scholarship - to attack the expensive, everyday problem of machine downtime on the factory floor.
Yu-Sung Chang
Yu-Sung Chang is the co-founder, CEO and CTO of Vivity AI, an industrial AI company building software for heavy industries like petrochemicals, shipbuilding and manufacturing. A computer scientist with a Ph.D. from Stony Brook University, he spent years at Wolfram Research working on Mathematica's graphics and geometry systems before moving into e-commerce technology leadership as CTO of Korea's SSG.COM and co-founding the healthcare AI startup Huma.AI. In 2022 he founded Vivity AI, which raised roughly $8.4M in a round backed by Hanwha Systems, to close the gap between the physical and digital worlds on the factory floor.
Shahar Chen
Shahar Chen is the CEO and co-founder of Aquant, a New York-based generative AI company that helps field-service teams diagnose and repair complex industrial equipment. He and co-founder Assaf Melochna launched Aquant in 2016 after Chen spent 14 years at ClickSoftware watching skilled technicians age out of the workforce faster than new ones came in. Aquant has raised $112.6M to date, including a $70M Series C in 2021.
Gerritt Graham
Gerritt Graham is the CEO of Scription, a Calgary-based startup turning unpredictable foodservice equipment repairs into a fixed monthly subscription. A 20-year sales and marketing leader from the insurance and fintech world, he led Corvus Insurance's commercial market past $100M in premium before it was acquired by Travelers, then ran growth strategy at wearable-tech insurer Kinetic. He joined Scription as CEO in May 2025 alongside a $7.85M seed round, betting that aligning service incentives around equipment uptime - not breakdowns - can reshape how restaurants manage their kitchens.
Peter Yorke
Peter Yorke is the CEO and co-founder of Voyomotive, a San Francisco connected-car company whose VOYO device turns an ordinary car's OBD-II port into a smartphone-controlled second brain. A native Californian who has worn the hats of scientist, venture capitalist, and serial entrepreneur, Yorke built a platform that locks doors by proximity, reads manufacturer fault codes, logs trips, and crowdsources road-hazard alerts. VOYO swept the 2015 SEMA show awards and exhibited as one of the most advanced after-market connected-car systems at CES 2016.
Salem Karani
Salem Karani is the co-founder, CEO and CTO of Tristar AI, a Boston-based startup building an AI-native computer vision platform for real-time quality monitoring and human-machine interaction on factory floors. Raised inside his family's plastic film manufacturing business, he turned a childhood spent around production lines into a company that helps manufacturers cut scrap, reduce waste, and improve uptime. Tristar's models read human motion at a kinematic level, letting them drop into new factories without retraining. The company raised a $3.15M seed in June 2024 led by Las Olas Venture Capital and TenOneTen Ventures.
Elan Greenberg
Elan Greenberg is the CEO of Augury, the Industrial AI company that listens to factory machines and predicts their failures before they happen. A former US Marine Corps captain who went from Morgan Stanley M&A to launching DoorDash's non-restaurant business to running operations at Flock Safety, he took the top job at the roughly $1 billion-valued Augury in October 2025 after a year as its COO. His through-line is operations at scale: taking proven technology and putting it in front of every customer who needs it.
Nathan Hanks
Nathan Hanks is the co-founder of BrightAI, a physical AI platform company that deploys IoT sensors and edge AI to monitor and optimize critical infrastructure for enterprises. Previously, he co-founded ReachLocal, scaling it to $500M in annual revenue and 2,200 employees before its NASDAQ IPO in 2010 and subsequent acquisition by Gannett in 2016. He also founded Music Audience Exchange (MAX), a music sponsorship technology platform. At BrightAI, Hanks and his team bootstrapped the company to $80M in revenue before raising a $15M seed round in November 2024 and a $51M Series A in July 2025, with the company now surpassing $100M in annual revenue and 250,000+ AI endpoints deployed.

Vikram Takru is the Co-Founder and CEO of KloudGin Inc., a Sunnyvale-based SaaS company building the utility industry's only cloud-native, mobile-first combined field service and enterprise asset management platform. With over 27 years of enterprise software experience and two successful exits - including growing Frontline Consulting Services (FCS) to 500+ employees and $40M+ revenue before its 2012 acquisition by TEKSystems - Takru brings a rare blend of deep R&D roots (Oracle) and street-level execution to one of infrastructure's most underserved technology gaps. Under his leadership, KloudGin has developed the 'Single Face of Work' platform powered by its AssetIQ AI co-pilot, raised $16.4M in total funding, and built a team of 240 serving electric, gas, and water utilities across the United States.

Shrinath Acharya is the CEO and co-founder of Excelfore Corporation, a Silicon Valley-based automotive IoT company pioneering over-the-air (OTA) software updates and vehicle-to-cloud connectivity for software-defined vehicles. With 25+ years in technology spanning mobile, automotive, and enterprise software, he has built Excelfore into a globally recognized platform trusted by 20+ automotive OEMs including Audi, Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki, and VinFast. Amrit Robbins is the CEO and co-founder of Axiom Cloud, a San Jose-based AI-powered refrigeration management software company serving grocery chains and cold storage operators. A Stanford-trained engineer and Forbes 30 Under 30 alumnus, Robbins previously co-founded Axiom Exergy — a hardware-first thermal energy storage company — before pivoting to software in 2020 with Axiom Cloud. His work addresses refrigerant leaks, which rank #4 on Project Drawdown's climate impact list, with a platform that requires no new hardware, deploys remotely, and earns payback in under a year.
Christopher Nguyen
Dr. Christopher Cuong T.
