Tana
Tana is an AI-native workspace that turns messy notes, meetings and voice memos into structured, queryable knowledge. Its signature feature, Supertags, lets any bullet point become a database record with defined fields, so notes double as a living knowledge graph that AI agents can read, summarize and act on. Founded in 2021 by ex-Googlers and productivity builders and based in Palo Alto with an engineering hub in Oslo, Tana raised a $14M Series A in February 2025 (led by Tola Capital), reaching $25M total funding after emerging from a stealth beta with a 160,000+ person waitlist.
Blockit AI
Blockit AI is a San Francisco startup building an AI scheduling agent that runs your calendar for you. You cc it on an email or ping it in Slack, and it books, reschedules, and negotiates meetings autonomously - learning which meetings are movable and which are not. When two Blockit users need to meet, their agents talk to each other directly, skipping the human back-and-forth. Founded by former Sequoia partner Kais Khimji and calendar veteran John Han, the company raised a $5M seed round led by Sequoia in January 2026 and says it has coordinated more than 100,000 meetings across 200+ companies.
Every Inc.
Every is a New York-based applied AI lab and media company that bundles a daily AI newsletter, a suite of consumer AI software products, and a consulting arm under one subscription. Founded by Dan Shipper and Nathan Baschez in 2020 as a bundle of business newsletters, it has evolved into an AI-native studio that ships products like Cora (email), Spiral (writing), Sparkle (file organization), and Monologue (voice dictation) - largely built with AI-written code by a team of roughly two dozen people.
Maestro Labs
Maestro Labs is a Singapore-based productivity software company that builds AI assistants for the tools people already work in - email, meetings and calendars. Its flagship product, MailMaestro, drafts, summarizes and prioritizes email inside Outlook and Gmail, while TeamsMaestro takes meeting notes in Microsoft Teams and CalMaestro handles scheduling. The company positions itself as the largest independent AI email assistant, competing directly with Microsoft Copilot, and reached that scale partly by acquiring Helsinki-based Flowrite in January 2025.
Adrian Cabrera de Luis
Adrian Cabrera de Luis is the co-founder and CEO of Maestro Labs, the company behind MailMaestro, TeamsMaestro and CalMaestro - a suite of AI assistants that draft, summarize and triage email and meetings inside Outlook and Gmail. A Swiss-trained microengineer turned BCG consultant turned MIT Sloan MBA, he built and sold the Facebook-community rental startup Alpaca before turning to email. In January 2025 his team acquired Helsinki's Flowrite to become one of the largest independent AI email assistants on the market, serving tens of thousands of teams across 150+ countries.
Daniel Li
Daniel Li is the cofounder and CEO of Plus AI, the Seattle startup whose AI slide generator lives inside Google Slides and PowerPoint and turns prompts into finished presentations. A summa cum laude Wharton/Huntsman grad, he spent years at Boston Consulting Group formatting slides he hated, then went into venture capital at Madrona Venture Group, where he backed Snowflake, Rec Room and Common Room before leaving partner-track to build the tool he wished he had as a consultant. He writes the Pacific Northwest tech newsletter 'the DL' and tinkers on side projects through DSCO Labs.
Dhanush Balachandran
Dhanush Balachandran is the founder and CEO of Sortly, a visual, QR-code-driven inventory and asset tracking platform used by small businesses, families, and teams in construction, medical, retail, and education. A marketer-turned-iOS-developer, he taught himself to code, built an app originally called 'My Things,' rebranded it to Sortly, and grew it to millions of downloads. Before Sortly he spent over 15 years across Intel, Apple, DJI, and Y Media Labs, where he forecast worldwide CPU demand, priced server chips, and built ResearchKit medical research apps.

Launched in 2012 by Rob Rawson and Liam Martin, it gives managers real-time visibility into how work happens - tracking time, app and website usage, productivity trends, and workload balance - while pairing the data with AI-supported insights. Used by 280,000+ people across 30+ countries and integrating with 60+ tools, Time Doctor turns activity data into fairer policies, better workload decisions, and burnout prevention.

Highlight is a San Francisco AI company building a shared intelligence layer for teams and AI agents. Its cross-platform desktop app captures on-screen context, meetings, messages, and documents, then weaves them into a unified team memory that drafts next steps across tools like Linear, Slack, Notion, and calendars. Spun out of game-clip company Medal in 2024, Highlight has grown past 500,000 users and raised a $40M Series A led by Khosla Ventures in March 2026, when former Discord product VP Sergei Sorokin became CEO.

Motion is an AI-native work management platform that started as an automatic calendar and task scheduler and has grown into an 'agentic work suite' for small and mid-sized businesses. It bundles projects, tasks, calendar, docs, notes, SOPs, sheets, reports, search and chat into one system, then layers AI 'Employees' on top that actually execute work - drafting proposals, prepping meetings, updating projects and answering clients. Founded in 2019 and backed by Y Combinator, Motion raised $60M in 2025 at a $550M valuation.
Harry Qi
Harry Qi is the co-founder and CEO of Motion (usemotion.com), an AI-native productivity company building an 'agentic work suite' of AI employees that schedule calendars, run sales and support, and manage projects for knowledge workers and small businesses. At 23 he walked away from a roughly $1-million-a-year quant trading job at Optiver to start the company in 2019 with two friends, took it through Y Combinator's Winter 2020 batch after a Demo Day where 150 investors said no, and rebuilt it into an AI platform that grew from $0 to more than $10M ARR in its B2B agent bundle within months of a May 2025 launch. In September 2025 Motion raised a 5x-oversubscribed $38M Series C at a $550M post-money valuation.

Nehal Shaikh is the Chief Executive Officer (India) at Front, the customer operations platform headquartered in San Francisco. Front helps more than 8,000 companies manage customer communication across email, SMS, live chat, and other channels through shared inboxes, AI-powered automation, and real-time analytics. Backed by $338M in total funding and valued at $1.7B since its 2022 Series D, Front crossed $100M in annual recurring revenue in 2025. Based in Maharashtra, India, Shaikh leads Front's India operations as the company scales its AI-driven customer service platform globally.
Christa Quarles
Christa Quarles is the CEO of Parallels, a KKR-backed desktop virtualization and remote-work software company spun out of Corel Corporation in 2026. A former Wall Street analyst who helped take Google public, she pivoted to operating roles at Playdom, Disney Interactive, Nextdoor, and OpenTable before becoming CEO of Corel Corporation in 2020. Known for her 'leadership by haiku' philosophy and a track record of driving subscription transformation, she grew Parallels Workspace to 49% net new ARR in 2025 and scaled Parallels Desktop to over one million customers. She also serves as Lead Independent Director at Affirm Holdings.
Paul McCabe
Paul McCabe is the CEO of JetBrains Americas, Inc., the North American subsidiary of JetBrains - the Czech developer tools company behind IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, Kotlin, and dozens of other IDEs and tools trusted by over 11 million developers worldwide. With a career spanning Logitech, Symantec, Miro Computer Products, and WebGain, McCabe brings over three decades of enterprise software sales and operations experience to one of the most influential developer tooling companies on the planet. He also co-founded Chronon Systems, a Java time-travel debugging startup, and has been steering JetBrains' Americas business since November 2015.
