Adrian Cabrera de Luis
Adrian Cabrera de Luis is the co-founder and CEO of Maestro Labs, the company behind MailMaestro, TeamsMaestro and CalMaestro - a suite of AI assistants that draft, summarize and triage email and meetings inside Outlook and Gmail. A Swiss-trained microengineer turned BCG consultant turned MIT Sloan MBA, he built and sold the Facebook-community rental startup Alpaca before turning to email. In January 2025 his team acquired Helsinki's Flowrite to become one of the largest independent AI email assistants on the market, serving tens of thousands of teams across 150+ countries.
Daniel Li
Daniel Li is the cofounder and CEO of Plus AI, the Seattle startup whose AI slide generator lives inside Google Slides and PowerPoint and turns prompts into finished presentations. A summa cum laude Wharton/Huntsman grad, he spent years at Boston Consulting Group formatting slides he hated, then went into venture capital at Madrona Venture Group, where he backed Snowflake, Rec Room and Common Room before leaving partner-track to build the tool he wished he had as a consultant. He writes the Pacific Northwest tech newsletter 'the DL' and tinkers on side projects through DSCO Labs.
Dhanush Balachandran
Dhanush Balachandran is the founder and CEO of Sortly, a visual, QR-code-driven inventory and asset tracking platform used by small businesses, families, and teams in construction, medical, retail, and education. A marketer-turned-iOS-developer, he taught himself to code, built an app originally called 'My Things,' rebranded it to Sortly, and grew it to millions of downloads. Before Sortly he spent over 15 years across Intel, Apple, DJI, and Y Media Labs, where he forecast worldwide CPU demand, priced server chips, and built ResearchKit medical research apps.
Harry Qi
Harry Qi is the co-founder and CEO of Motion (usemotion.com), an AI-native productivity company building an 'agentic work suite' of AI employees that schedule calendars, run sales and support, and manage projects for knowledge workers and small businesses. At 23 he walked away from a roughly $1-million-a-year quant trading job at Optiver to start the company in 2019 with two friends, took it through Y Combinator's Winter 2020 batch after a Demo Day where 150 investors said no, and rebuilt it into an AI platform that grew from $0 to more than $10M ARR in its B2B agent bundle within months of a May 2025 launch. In September 2025 Motion raised a 5x-oversubscribed $38M Series C at a $550M post-money valuation.
Nehal Shaikh
Nehal Shaikh is the Chief Executive Officer (India) at Front, the customer operations platform headquartered in San Francisco. Front helps more than 8,000 companies manage customer communication across email, SMS, live chat, and other channels through shared inboxes, AI-powered automation, and real-time analytics. Backed by $338M in total funding and valued at $1.7B since its 2022 Series D, Front crossed $100M in annual recurring revenue in 2025. Based in Maharashtra, India, Shaikh leads Front's India operations as the company scales its AI-driven customer service platform globally.
Christa Quarles
Christa Quarles is the CEO of Parallels, a KKR-backed desktop virtualization and remote-work software company spun out of Corel Corporation in 2026. A former Wall Street analyst who helped take Google public, she pivoted to operating roles at Playdom, Disney Interactive, Nextdoor, and OpenTable before becoming CEO of Corel Corporation in 2020. Known for her 'leadership by haiku' philosophy and a track record of driving subscription transformation, she grew Parallels Workspace to 49% net new ARR in 2025 and scaled Parallels Desktop to over one million customers. She also serves as Lead Independent Director at Affirm Holdings.
Paul McCabe
Paul McCabe is the CEO of JetBrains Americas, Inc., the North American subsidiary of JetBrains - the Czech developer tools company behind IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, Kotlin, and dozens of other IDEs and tools trusted by over 11 million developers worldwide. With a career spanning Logitech, Symantec, Miro Computer Products, and WebGain, McCabe brings over three decades of enterprise software sales and operations experience to one of the most influential developer tooling companies on the planet. He also co-founded Chronon Systems, a Java time-travel debugging startup, and has been steering JetBrains' Americas business since November 2015.
