Bruno Lempernesse
Bruno Lempernesse is the CEO of MDClone, an Israeli-founded healthcare data platform that lets organizations explore and share sensitive patient data using synthetic data that preserves privacy. A 25-year veteran of healthcare technology, data science, and life sciences, he joined MDClone as President of North America in September 2024 and stepped up to Chief Executive Officer in 2025. Before MDClone he was CEO of Carevive, a cancer-care and real-world-studies company acquired by Health Catalyst in 2024, and earlier spent two decades at Cegedim building its data and research business, plus leadership roles at SHYFT Analytics and Acorn AI (a Medidata company). He is an early pioneer of longitudinal patient data drawn from electronic medical records across Europe and the United States.
Jason Palmer
Jason Palmer is the chief executive officer of RV Healthcare Solutions, the New York-based healthcare technology company behind the Teamwrks platform, which uses AI and machine learning to help hospitals improve financial and quality performance without cutting staff. He is also Managing Partner for Healthcare and Technology at Rizk Ventures. A UCLA-trained lawyer turned operator, Palmer has spent roughly two decades founding and running companies across healthcare, software, technology, and education, and in 2021 led RVH Solutions to a Series B round from Vizient, the largest member-driven healthcare performance improvement company in the United States.
Matthew Gitelis
Matthew Gitelis is the founder and CEO of PatientIQ, a Chicago-based healthcare analytics platform that automates the collection of patient-reported outcomes and turns them into actionable insight for providers. A former BMO Capital Markets investment banking analyst who then enrolled at Rush Medical College, he founded PatientIQ in 2016 after watching clinicians extract outcomes data by hand. He left medical school in 2019 to run the company full-time. Under his leadership PatientIQ has grown into a national network reaching hundreds of healthcare organizations, thousands of care sites, and millions of patients, and raised roughly $26M in venture funding through a 2022 Series B.
Frank Cheung
Frank Cheung is the co-founder and CEO of Accorded, a San Francisco actuarial intelligence company building tools for value-based contracting in healthcare. A Fellow of the Society of Actuaries with more than 18 years as a health actuary, he spent years inside Blue Shield of California, Deloitte Consulting, and Collective Health before deciding the frustration he kept running into deserved a software fix. He started Accorded in 2019 with co-founder Thomas Bedington, and in 2024 launched Accorded Acumen, a platform that turns messy claims and eligibility data into actuarially rigorous, ready-to-use VBC data assets.
Derek Haas
Derek Haas is the founder and CEO of Avant-garde Health, a Boston healthtech company that helps hospitals and surgeons see the true cost and quality of the care they deliver. He calls himself the black sheep of a family full of doctors. Instead of practicing medicine, he turned Harvard Business School research with professors Michael Porter and Bob Kaplan into a company that put a price tag and an outcome score on every surgical episode. He has co-authored nine Harvard Business Review articles and built a software platform, CareMeasurement, that now spans surgical and procedure-based care.

Shub Bhowmick is the Co-founder and CEO of Tredence Inc., a data science and AI engineering company he built from a three-bedroom apartment in Bangalore in 2013 into a $350M-revenue powerhouse serving eight of the world's top ten global retailers. A chemical engineer turned management consultant turned founder, Bhowmick spent 17 years in corporate life at Infosys, Mu Sigma, Diamond Consultants, and Liberty Advisor Group before co-founding Tredence with Sumit Mehra and Shashank Dubey. Tredence raised $205M in total funding including a $175M Series B from Advent International in December 2022, employs 4,000+ people, and has a stated goal of reaching $1 billion in revenue by 2030.
