Spencer Applegate is a technology operator and investor who built three software companies before becoming Vice President of Strategy & Business Operations and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Gainsight, the leading customer success platform. Anirudh Joshi is the co-founder and CEO of Valar Labs, a Palo Alto-based AI oncology company building tools that let doctors predict whether a specific cancer treatment will work before a patient wastes months on the wrong one. A biomedical engineer trained at Georgia Tech and Stanford, he previously built AI at Microsoft, PathAI, and Curai before co-founding Valar in 2021 with teammates from Stanford's AI in Medicine group. Valar raised $26M total, landing a $22M Series A from Andreessen Horowitz and DCVC in 2024, and its flagship test Vesta — predicting BCG therapy response in bladder cancer — is now live at 20 U.S. hospitals. Vishnu Sridhar is the Cofounder and CEO of Matter Intelligence, a deep-tech startup building ultraspectral satellite sensors and geospatial AI to map the planet at molecular resolution. A Queens-raised Indian American engineer, Sridhar spent years at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory as Cognizant Engineer for the SuperCam instrument aboard the Mars Perseverance rover and as Flight Director for the Opportunity rover before pivoting to commercialize the same sensor physics for Earth. Matter Intelligence emerged from stealth in October 2024 with $12M in seed funding backed by Lowercarbon Capital, Toyota Ventures, and Mark Cuban, building toward EARTH-1, a satellite that will deliver more than 500x the information density of existing sensors.

Shekhar Natarajan is the Founder and CEO of Orchestro.AI and the inventor of Angelic Intelligence, a framework that embeds ethics directly into AI architecture rather than bolting it on as an afterthought. He grew up in a one-room home in Secunderabad, Hyderabad, arrived in the US with $34, and spent 25+ years scaling supply chains at Walmart, Disney, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Target, and American Eagle before founding Orchestro.AI in 2023. He holds 207+ patents, raised $15M in seed funding, and in May 2026 received Oxford's Bodleian Medal for his contributions to AI in the public interest.
