Caroline Shleifer is the founder and CEO of RegASK, a Singapore-based regtech company that pairs an AI engine built for regulatory content with a global network of 1,800+ subject matter experts. A pharmacist and scientist by training with a PharmD-PhD in medical physics from the University of Paris V, she spent years leading regulatory and scientific affairs across Asia Pacific at SPRIM before founding RegASK in 2018 to bring regulatory work into the AI era.
Ché Wijesinghe is the CEO of Cape.ai (formerly Cape Privacy), a New York and Halifax based company that builds AI for confidentially processing sensitive data across vision, voice and language models. A 25-year veteran of the enterprise software industry, he has led field operations and revenue at data and analytics companies including Cisco, Composite Software, OmniSci/HEAVY.ai and Neokami before taking the helm at Cape, where he has steered the company from an encrypted machine learning platform toward AI tools for document validation, compliance and financial services.
Irina Denisenko is the co-founder and CEO of Knox Systems, an Austin-based cybersecurity company that delivers 'FedRAMP as a Service' to help commercial software vendors get authorized to sell to the U.S. government in roughly 90 days instead of years. She started Knox in 2023 after living through the FedRAMP bottleneck herself as COO of Class Technologies, where she scaled the company to $50M in ARR. A repeat operator who also helped build drone company PrecisionHawk, Denisenko positions Knox as a challenger to Palantir's FedStart, backed by Felicis Ventures and roughly $31.5M in total funding.
Shubh Sinha is the co-founder and CEO of Integral Privacy Technologies, a San Francisco company that certifies, transforms, and activates privacy-regulated data (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA) for healthcare and other regulated industries. Integral compresses compliance workflows that once took months into hours. Before Integral, Sinha led regulated-data product work at LiveRamp. He is a Purdue-trained computer engineer, an angel investor, and a Forbes Technology Council member. In July 2026 the company raised its Series A, bringing total funding to about $25M.
Stas Bojoukha is the founder and CEO of Compyl, a New York-based governance, risk and compliance platform he built after years of running security programs himself as a CISO across financial services, real estate and energy. Compyl closed a $12 million Series A in June 2025 led by Venture Guides, bringing its total funding to $13.7 million, as the company doubles its customer base year over year and pushes into an AI-driven "Compliance Copilot."
Karun Kaushik is the co-founder and CEO of Delve, a San Francisco AI compliance startup he launched in 2023 with fellow MIT student Selin Kocalar after the pair dropped out sophomore year. Alexandre Berkovic is the co-founder and CEO of Sphinx (YC F24), a San Francisco company building browser-native AI agents that do the grunt work of financial compliance - the KYC, AML and KYB checks that banks and fintechs run millions of times a year. Pranjal Daga is the co-founder and CEO of Accend (YC S23), a San Francisco fintech building human-in-the-loop AI agents for commercial credit underwriting and compliance at banks and fintechs. Before Accend he led AI product on the Risk team at Brex, where his work helped prevent roughly $20M in fraud losses, and earlier helped build Cisco Innovation Labs from a single person to a 35-person team. He dropped out of a PhD in AI/ML at Purdue to chase the build, has done research at Adobe and IBM, and is racing to replace slow, manual back-office compliance work with audit-ready AI.
Rhim Shah is the co-founder and CEO of Arva AI, a Y Combinator and Google AI Fund-backed startup building auditable AI agents that automate financial crime compliance reviews for banks and fintechs. An Oxford engineering graduate who led the FinCrime product team at Revolut Business, he spent hundreds of hours shadowing compliance analysts before deciding the mundane, repetitive work of AML, KYB and KYC could be done faster and deeper by AI. Jasvir Gill is the Founder and CEO of AlertEnterprise, a Fremont-based enterprise SaaS platform that converges physical security, cybersecurity, and identity governance through AI.
