Rustam Sengupta is the founder and CEO of Tuktu Care, a Vancouver-born platform that matches older adults with vetted community helpers for companionship and everyday tasks so they can keep living at home. A serial entrepreneur who previously built solar microgrid companies across rural India, he turned a pandemic-era scramble to care for his aging parents in Singapore into a fast-growing agetech company backed by Techstars and Melinda French Gates' Pivotal Ventures. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MS in Electrical Engineering from UC Irvine, and a Chevening Fellowship from Oxford, and teaches social entrepreneurship at the University of Vermont.
Vik Kashyap is the founder and CEO of Toi Labs, the San Francisco company behind TrueLoo, an AI-enabled toilet seat that quietly turns ordinary bathrooms in senior living communities into a source of passive wellness data. A Harvard graduate and former Battery Ventures associate, he previously built Canopy, a consumer healthcare SaaS company acquired by Aetna and later CVS. TrueLoo was named a 2024 TIME Best Invention and is deployed across dozens of senior communities. He holds about 10 patents and has been cited or quoted in The Wall Street Journal, CNN, The New York Times, and Science Translational Medicine.
Shimin Ooi is the CEO of Sleep Reset, a virtual sleep clinic that pairs licensed clinical care with a proprietary CBT-I program to treat insomnia without sleeping pills. A Princeton graduate who built her career across McKinsey, Pilot, and Index Ventures, she now runs a company arguing that a lot of what people call burnout is really untreated bad sleep. In 2025 she took Sleep Reset's pitch to the HLTH stage and walked away with the AARP AgeTech After Dark prize.
Mon Ami is a San Francisco software company building a cloud-based operating system for the aging and disability services sector - the agencies, nonprofits, and state units that quietly hold up America's care infrastructure. Its platform replaces decades-old databases and spreadsheets with a HIPAA-compliant system for case management, programs, billing, and reporting.

Joy Zhang is the CEO and Co-Founder of Mon Ami, a San Francisco-based healthtech company building HIPAA-compliant SaaS for agencies that serve older adults and people with disabilities. A Stanford MBA who has volunteered in hospice and dementia care since high school, Zhang co-founded Mon Ami in 2018 after interviewing 150+ seniors and caregivers to understand what the system was missing. Today Mon Ami is used by government agencies and nonprofits across the US, helping them replace manual paperwork with automation - so their staff can focus on care instead of administrative burden. The company has raised over $12M and grown to 180 employees, making it one of the most visible startups in the aging-services technology space.
