COMPANY / DESIGN & DIGITAL MARKETING

Digital Silk makes the next click count.

A folding suitcase, an esports shop and a spray-foam brand reveal the same problem: customers need a clearer route from curiosity to action. Digital Silk builds that route.

The suitcase folds. That is the useful part, and also the marketing problem. Before an American shopper could want Rollink’s collapsible luggage, someone had to explain why a suitcase should collapse in the first place. A checkout button could take an order. It could not, by itself, make the unfamiliar feel sensible.

Digital Silk’s account of the assignment starts there: a brand building awareness in Europe and Asia, entering a crowded U.S. market where search keywords were expensive and resellers competed for the same buyers. The interesting question was what a visitor needed to understand before buying. That question runs through much of this agency’s work.

THE SHORT VERSION / 30 SECONDS
  • Digital Silk combines branding, custom websites and digital marketing.
  • Its useful specialty is connecting the explanation, the interface and the campaign.
  • Clutch lists projects from $10,000. Scope determines the actual bill.

01 Sell the explanation first

For Rollink, Digital Silk researched the luggage market and selected advertising keywords by intent and difficulty. It added search-focused articles, social content, retargeting, promotional emails and an affiliate network. The work also included tracking offers on third-party sellers’ sites. The manufacturer’s own storefront had competition from people selling its own product.

The detailed case study reports 730,000 total visitors after one year, an additional 78 seconds of on-page time and an average order value of $205. These are agency-reported outcomes. They describe reach, attention and basket size; they do not tell us how much profit each advertising dollar produced.

02 A jersey and a news story need different doors

G2 Esports presented another version of the same difficulty. Its fans wanted team content, news and merchandise. Digital Silk’s case study describes those destinations mixed together, with a growing catalog that had outgrown the site’s structure. It records a 6.23-second average page load and a 0.65% conversion rate before the work.

Digital Silk rebuilt the navigation around clearer shopping and entertainment paths. Product filters, a wishlist and modular shopping sections addressed commerce. Templates for teams, players and creators addressed the publishing workload. The reported deliverable was a more coherent store and fan destination, with lifecycle marketing mapped out for later.

Before asking for another click, decide what that click is supposed to accomplish.

This is where a redesign becomes an organizational decision. Someone has to decide which visitor gets which route, which content belongs together, and how the next hundred pages will be made. A polished mockup cannot settle those questions on its own.

03 The agency sells the joins

Led by founder and CEO Gabriel Shaoolian, the Miami-area agency offers brand research, positioning, identity, custom design, development and marketing. Its customers span business software, consumer goods, education, healthcare and hospitality. The service is especially relevant when a company needs several disciplines to agree on the same customer journey.

Digital Silk’s branding work includes naming, messaging, logos, packaging and guidelines. Its web work turns those decisions into page structures and interfaces. Marketing services cover search, paid campaigns, social, email and conversion optimization. The commercial logic is continuity: the people defining a promise can help build the experience that must deliver it.

That breadth puts it in the market for coordinated agency services. The alternative might be separate branding, development and marketing suppliers, or an internal team managing specialists. Digital Silk’s distinction is the scope of the engagement and its emphasis on measurable customer actions. Buyers should still judge the actual team, brief and contract.

04 Three audiences, six pages

EnviroSeal makes the coordination problem concrete. Quadrant Performance Materials needed a standalone brand that could speak to contractors, home builders and homeowners. Its lean team also needed to maintain the site. Digital Silk supplied positioning, a visual identity and a WordPress build organized around approximately six core landing pages.

The project gave those audiences distinct routes, added lead-capture features and connected the marketing site to the parent company’s technical information. Its current case study reports roughly 4.4 times the views within three months. The useful detail is the structure: a small set of pages with specific jobs, designed for people with different questions.

05 Buy a defined problem

Digital Silk earns revenue from client projects and continuing services, including marketing and maintenance. Clutch lists a $10,000 project minimum and $100–$149 hourly rates. Those figures are buying signals, not a quotation for the examples above. A purchaser should define integrations, content responsibilities, revisions, handover and post-launch support before comparing proposals.

The technical work can matter as much as the messaging. Digital Silk’s FieldEdge case study reports a 50% reduction in loading time alongside 19% more overall traffic. Its Shopify offering includes migrations and connections to inventory, payment and customer-management tools. A custom storefront can therefore be an operational project as well as a visual one.

For a simple shop with standard requirements, a ready-made theme may be enough; Digital Silk’s own Shopify FAQ acknowledges that. Custom work becomes harder to justify when the budget is small or nobody can maintain the content. And more traffic is a weak victory if the business has no useful definition of a conversion.

The storefront also has to cooperate with the business behind it. Digital Silk describes a Massimo Motor Shopify project connecting NetSuite through Celigo, syncing orders and inventory, and supporting both dealer and direct consumer journeys. Those requirements change the buying decision. A product filter is useful to a shopper; reliable inventory data matters to the person fulfilling the order. Both belong in the same brief.

Its recent public updates keep returning to the relationship between visibility and usability. In February 2026, Digital Silk published results for Picture Perfect Cleaning after a July 2025 redesign. The company reported 47.44% more sessions and a 124.73% increase in average engagement time. The work combined SEO foundations with navigation and page structure. Longer visits are encouraging, though a service business ultimately needs suitable inquiries and booked work.

That is a useful discipline for any buyer: separate the thing a dashboard counts from the thing the business needs. Record the starting point, keep the measurement window consistent, and ask what else changed during the campaign. A website project should leave the client better able to make the next decision.

The lesson readers can copy is inexpensive: pick one customer task, identify what must be understood, and remove the instructions competing with it. Then agree on a measure of success. For Rollink, that task began with a suitcase doing something unexpected. For another business, it may begin with a menu that finally makes sense.
