Fogarty Innovation
Fogarty Innovation is a nonprofit medtech incubator and education organization on the El Camino Health campus in Mountain View, California. Founded in 2007 by legendary surgeon-inventor Thomas J. Fogarty, MD, it helps early-stage medical device companies cross the gap from novel idea to clinical reality through hands-on coaching, education programs, and a network of 300+ industry experts. In October 2025 it merged with New York's Cardiovascular Research Foundation to become CRF's West Coast innovation hub.
Justin Bekelman
Justin Bekelman is the co-founder and CEO of Daymark Health, a Philadelphia-based value-based oncology company building a tech-enabled medical group that wraps clinical, mental health, and social support around people facing cancer. A radiation oncologist with roughly 200 published research articles, he spent two decades at the University of Pennsylvania, where he founded the Penn Center for Cancer Care Innovation at the Abramson Cancer Center before leaving to build a company that contracts directly with health plans to take on total cost of care. Daymark launched publicly in 2025 with $11.5M in seed funding and closed a $20M Series A in September 2025.
Vituity
Vituity is a 100% physician-owned and led multispecialty partnership delivering acute care across the United States. Founded in 1971 as California Emergency Physicians (CEP America), it rebranded as Vituity in 2018, combining 'vital' and 'acuity.' Today roughly 5,500 doctors and clinicians staff emergency departments, hospital medicine, critical care, anesthesiology, psychiatry, neurology, telehealth and more across hundreds of care sites in 27+ states, treating millions of patients a year - all without private equity, insurer, or hospital-system ownership.
Ogi Kavazovic
Ogi Kavazovic is the co-founder and CEO of House Rx, a San Francisco-based specialty pharmacy platform that enables clinical practices to dispense specialty medications directly to patients in-house. A serial operator who helped scale Opower (acquired by Oracle) and Flatiron Health (acquired by Roche), Ogi pivoted to fix a problem he kept seeing: patients leaving the doctor's office only to get lost in a broken specialty pharmacy system. House Rx has raised $100 million in total, including a $55 million Series B in November 2025, and now processes approximately $1.5 billion in specialty scripts annually across 80+ clinic sites.
Meena Ramachandran
Meena Ramachandran is the Chief Product Officer and Executive VP of People at Seen Health, a Los Angeles-based startup building culturally-focused PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) services for underserved Asian and Pacific Islander elders. With an electrical engineering foundation from Stanford and a dual MBA/MPH from UC Berkeley, she has spent two decades at the intersection of technology and healthcare - scaling product teams at Castlight Health, Myriad Genetics, and Brightline before joining Seen Health after its $22 million Series A in late 2024.
Neda Razavi
Neda Razavi is the CEO and Chairwoman of the Board at iSono Health, a South San Francisco medtech company building the world's first wearable, automated, portable FDA-cleared 3D breast ultrasound system. With 25 years of experience launching 65 products across six global platforms and generating over $9 billion in cumulative revenue at companies including Abbott, Roche, Medtronic, and Natera, Razavi joined iSono Health as an early investor and advisor before taking the helm in November 2023 to lead commercialization of the ATUSA system — a 2-minute, hands-free breast imaging device that pairs robotics, AI, and cloud analytics to make early breast cancer detection accessible to OB/GYNs and primary care providers without requiring a trained sonographer.
