Instead of the labor-arbitrage model used by large global systems integrators, apiphani pairs small teams of senior engineers with its proprietary observability platform, luumen, and its Deep Automation technology to detect and resolve issues before users notice them. Founded in 2018 and led by CEO Justin Folkers, the company reports 100% production uptime across its clients for more than two years and raised a $25M Series A led by Insight Partners in October 2025.

Born as an internal tool at a Chicago managed service provider, Nerdio spun out in 2020 and now serves over 23,000 customers worldwide through two flagship products: Nerdio Manager for Enterprise and Nerdio Manager for MSP. In March 2025 it raised $500 million from General Atlantic at a $1 billion+ valuation.

Born in Israel in 2008 and headquartered in San Francisco, it serves more than 2,000 enterprise customers and was named a Leader in the inaugural 2024 Gartner Magic Quadrant for DEX Tools.
Jed Ayres
Jed Ayres is the CEO of ControlUp, the $1B+ autonomous IT platform that executes over 14 million automated remediations per week across 6 million enterprise endpoints. A 20-year veteran of the end-user computing industry, Ayres has an unusual track record: he's joined companies in transformation, then handed them to acquirers.
