Haya Odeh is the co-founder and VP of Design at Replit, the cloud-based AI-powered software development platform with over 50 million users. Born in Abu Dhabi and raised in Jordan, she studied graphic design and fine arts before building the visual identity and product design of one of the world's fastest-growing developer communities. She pioneered Replit's design shift from developer-only tooling to accessible, no-code software creation - a single word change from 'deploy' to 'publish' dramatically increased app creation rates. Alongside her husband and co-founder Amjad Masad, she navigated four Y Combinator rejections before being accepted in 2018 and raising over $872 million in total funding.

Brett Williams is the founder and sole operator of Designjoy, a subscription-based design agency generating over $3M/year entirely by himself - no employees, no meetings, no nonsense. Running on under $200/month in tools and billing clients $4,995-$7,995/month, he's built one of the most efficient service businesses on the internet. He's also the creator of Productize Yourself, a course with 8,000+ members teaching others to replicate his model, and is one of the top 200 creators on X/Twitter where he shares his unconventional approach to work, design, and freedom.

Rauno Freiberg is an Estonian Staff Design Engineer at Vercel who blurs the line between design and engineering with surgical precision. Known for his obsession with invisible details - the micro-interactions, animations, and tactile feedback that make software feel alive - he built cmdk (downloaded millions of times weekly), wrote the seminal 'Invisible Details of Interaction Design' essay, and created Devouring Details, an interactive design education platform. He previously shaped the Arc browser at The Browser Company. His philosophy: code is the material, and mastery of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is the only honest path to great interfaces.
