Dan Ryan is the CEO and Co-Founder of VergeSense, the leading occupancy intelligence platform transforming how global enterprises manage their real estate. A serial entrepreneur with a track record in hardware-software integration, Ryan previously co-founded ByteLight (LED-based indoor positioning, acquired by Acuity Brands in 2015) before launching VergeSense in 2017 through Y Combinator. Joe Gebbia co-founded Airbnb in 2008 out of a San Francisco living room - air mattresses, breakfast included - and turned a half-crazy idea into an $85B company. His current venture, Samara, builds factory-assembled, solar-ready backyard homes (ADUs) that go from permit to move-in in under seven months. In early 2025 he became America's first Chief Design Officer, tasked with redesigning the federal government's 27,000 websites. A Rhode Island School of Design graduate with dual majors in graphic and industrial design, Gebbia approaches every problem - housing affordability, government UX, refugee shelter - through the lens of democratic, empathetic design.
Nikki Pechet is the Co-Founder and CEO of Homebound, a tech-enabled homebuilder she launched in 2018 after wildfires devastated thousands of homes in Northern California. A veteran of Bain & Company and Thumbtack, she has built Homebound into a platform that digitizes every step of construction — from custom home design to permitting to build tracking — and has raised over $400 million in equity and real estate capital. She closed her Series A days after giving birth to her third child and has expanded Homebound across California, Colorado, Texas, and Florida, with aspirations to become the Amazon of homes.
Josh Stech is the Co-Founder and CEO of Sundae, a San Francisco-based real estate marketplace that connects homeowners selling as-is properties directly with qualified property investors through a competitive auction process. A Stanford graduate with degrees in Economics, Spanish, and Latin American Studies, Stech has spent his entire career at the intersection of real estate and technology - from fixing and flipping homes in post-crash Las Vegas to scaling LendingHome into the largest institutional bridge lender in its category, before co-founding Sundae in 2018 with former Airbnb CFO Andrew Swain. Under his leadership, Sundae raised $138M+ in total funding including an $80M Series C in 2021, with a mission to bring transparency and fairness to the historically opaque off-market home sale.
