Vance Roush
Vance Roush is the founder and CEO of Overflow, a fintech platform that makes it simple for churches, nonprofits, and schools to accept stock, crypto, and cash donations online. A first-generation Asian American raised in Kent, Washington, he studied at the University of Washington's Foster School of Business, spent time at Google and ADARA, and co-founded VIVE Church in the Bay Area. His work as the church's finance lead exposed how clunky it was to donate appreciated assets, which led him to launch Overflow in 2020. The company has raised roughly $30M, including a $20M Series B in 2024, and Roush frames his mission around Proverbs 11:24 and building an 'Amazon for giving.'

Overflow is a faith-and-nonprofit fintech that lets churches, ministries, universities and charities accept the kinds of gifts most donation tools ignore - publicly traded stock, cryptocurrency, donor-advised funds, ACH, cards and digital wallets - all through one online flow that replaces the old fax-and-paperwork process for asset-based giving. Founded by former Google engineer Vance Roush after his own church struggled to accept stock gifts, the company reports that donors who give appreciated assets tend to give far more than they would in cash, and it has expanded into NFC 'Tap' giving hardware, an AI-assisted giving product and analytics. Overflow raised a $20M Series B in February 2024 and says it serves more than 1,000 organizations.

Resilia is a New Orleans-based B2B SaaS company that helps nonprofits build organizational capacity and helps funders - foundations, corporations, governments and banks - go beyond the grant with coaching, technical assistance, and impact intelligence. Founded by serial entrepreneur Sevetri Wilson (who first built the nonprofit-formation tool ExemptMeNow), the two-sided platform pairs on-demand courses, templates and fundraising tools for grassroots organizations with dashboards that let grantmakers track and scale impact across their portfolios. Resilia raised a $35M Series B in 2022 - the largest venture round ever for a solo Black-female-founded tech company.
Gerry Poirier
Gerry Poirier is the founder and CEO of AngeLink, billed as the world's first social crowdfunding platform powered by women. After more than two decades on Wall Street trading floors at Credit Suisse and Lazard, where she was often the only woman in the room, she built an AI-driven, fraud-resistant fundraising platform that has grown to roughly 55,000 active users across 100 currencies and raised over $7.3 million in seed funding. A Wharton-trained, globe-trotting risk-taker based in Naples, Florida, she also runs the AngeLink Community Foundation, a 501(c)(3) making direct impact grants.

Bloomerang is an Indianapolis-based software company that builds a complete giving platform for nonprofits, combining donor management (CRM), online fundraising, and volunteer management into one system. Founded in 2012 on the insight that nonprofits were losing the majority of first-time donors, Bloomerang centers its product on donor retention and relationship-building rather than one-time transactions. It now serves more than 24,000 small and mid-sized nonprofit organizations.
