Tom Soloway
Tom Soloway is the Chief Executive Officer of T-knife Therapeutics, a transatlantic biotech developing T-cell receptor (TCR-T) therapies aimed at solid tumors. With more than 25 years across strategy, operations, corporate finance and venture capital, he has helped build and finance a string of life sciences companies including Transcept Pharmaceuticals, Ascendis Pharma and Audentes Therapeutics. He took the helm of T-knife in January 2021, positioning the Berlin- and San Francisco-based company to move its 'supercharged' TCR-T candidates into the clinic while staying lean and capital-efficient.
Chris McNulty
Chris McNulty is the interim CEO of Ring Therapeutics, a Cambridge, Massachusetts biotech developing genetic medicines that use commensal anelloviruses as delivery vectors. An MIT-trained engineer with a Harvard MBA, he joined Ring in May 2023 as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Strategy and stepped up to lead the company in December 2024. Over more than 15 years in pharma and biotech finance, he has closed financing transactions worth more than $300 million across companies including VBI Vaccines, InVivo Therapeutics, Repligen, and Genzyme.

Concourse builds enterprise-grade AI agents purpose-built for corporate finance teams. The platform connects directly to a company's existing financial stack - ERPs, accounting systems, data warehouses and billing platforms - and lets finance, accounting and data teams query, analyze and report on their numbers using natural language. Every result is traceable back to the underlying SQL and Python logic, addressing the accuracy and audit demands that generic LLMs cannot meet. Founded in 2023 by former Jeeves operators Matthieu Hafemeister and Ted Michaels, the New York company raised a $12M Series A in January 2026 and counts Palo Alto Networks, Front and Tecovas among its customers.
Matthieu Hafemeister
Matthieu Hafemeister is the co-founder and CEO of Concourse, a New York startup building AI agents for corporate finance teams. A former fintech partner at Andreessen Horowitz and head of growth at Jeeves, he started Concourse in 2023 with Ted Michaels and raised a $12M Series A led by Standard Capital in early 2026, bringing total funding to about $27M.
Yann Magnan
Yann Magnan is the CEO and co-founder of 73 Strings, an AI-powered valuation and portfolio-monitoring platform for the private capital industry. A corporate-finance veteran of more than 25 years, he built Duff & Phelps' Paris office in 2007 and rose to lead its EMEA region across 27 offices before joining a pair of former colleagues to attack one of finance's most stubborn problems: pricing illiquid private assets. Under his leadership, 73 Strings raised a $55M Series B led by Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives in February 2025 and now serves managers overseeing trillions in assets from offices spanning Paris, New York, London, Bengaluru and beyond.
Oriol Rius
Oriol Rius is the CEO of Microwd Inversiones, a Madrid-based social-impact fintech that connects women entrepreneurs across Latin America with microloans funded by impact investors. A senior banking executive with more than two decades in Latin American capital markets at Santander, Merrill Lynch and BBVA, he now channels that corporate-finance machinery toward microcredit, helping run a fund that became the first in Spain to securitize microloans for women entrepreneurs. He also sits on the board of Vista Alta Impact Investments.
Simon Glass
Simon Glass is the founder and CEO of Qodeo, a UK and US based platform that uses proprietary algorithms to match entrepreneurs with venture capital and private equity firms - with a deliberate focus on diverse, regional and female founders who sit outside the traditional venture network. A Cambridge BA, MA and MBA who trained in corporate finance at London Business School, Glass spent years in venture capital (including Amadeus Capital Partners, the first backer of ARM), banking, academia and media before building Qodeo to end what he calls the needle-in-a-haystack approach to finding investment. The platform now tracks tens of thousands of organizations and connects 20,000+ entrepreneurs with 7,400+ investors across multiple markets.
