Scott Reynolds is the co-founder and CEO of UpCodes, a construction-tech company that turned the tangled world of building codes into a searchable, AI-assisted platform used by hundreds of thousands of architects, engineers, and builders. A Syracuse-trained architect who worked at Hassell in Hong Kong and KPF in New York, he teamed with his software-engineer brother Garrett to make code compliance faster and access to the law free. He also led UpCodes through a multi-year copyright fight with the International Code Council, which ended in a fair-use ruling.
Tom Yeshurun
Tom Yeshurun is the co-founder and CEO of Civ Robotics, a San Francisco construction-technology company building autonomous robots that automate land surveying and site layout. A civil engineer by training who managed a $100 million road project in Israel before founding the company, Yeshurun watched surveyors spend millions marking coordinates by hand in desert heat and set out to automate the task. Civ Robotics' CivDot robots now stake out survey points with roughly 8-millimeter accuracy and mark up to 3,000 points a day, and its technology has been deployed on solar projects representing more than 20 gigawatts of capacity. In July 2025 the company raised a $7.5 million Series A led by AlleyCorp.
Evan Brown
Evan Brown is the CEO and co-founder of Rebar, a New York vertical-AI company building an operating system for the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing trades. Rebar's platform reads blueprints and spec books, pulls out tens of thousands of data points per project, and turns estimating and quoting work that once took days into a task of minutes. Brown grew up in his uncle's HVAC supplier office and later spent years as an estimator and sales engineer before starting Rebar in October 2024 with Andrew Schwartz. In March 2026 the company closed a $14M Series A led by Prudence.
Itzik Malka
Itzik Malka is the co-founder and CEO of 4M Analytics, an Austin- and Israel-based company building what he calls the Google Maps of the underground. Drawing on a decade in an elite Israeli combat-engineering unit clearing buried explosives, he now leads a 130-person team that fuses AI, satellite imagery and public utility records to map the hidden network of pipes, cables and conduits beneath America before crews dig. 4M has raised roughly $119 million to date, including a Series C, and counts firms like AECOM and Stantec and multiple state DOTs among its customers.
Marc Visent
Marc Visent is the co-founder and CEO of Knowify, a New York-based cloud software company that helps trade contractors and small construction businesses run job costing, project management, billing, and accounting in one place. A trained computer engineer and lawyer turned software entrepreneur, he started Knowify in 2012 with Daniel de Roulet Jr. and has grown it into a platform used by thousands of contractors, an Intuit QuickBooks partner, and a 2025 Inc. 5000 honoree.
Michael Mazur
Michael Mazur is co-founder and CEO of AI Clearing, an Austin-based platform that ingests drone imagery, BIM designs, schedules and ground data to produce autonomous progress tracking and quality control for large infrastructure builds. A former PwC partner who ran the firm's global Drone Powered Solutions unit, Mazur left in 2020 with co-founder Adam Wisniewski to spin the idea out as an independent company; in October 2023 the company closed a $14M Series A led by Prudence, on the back of 15x revenue growth.
Patrick Anderson
Patrick Anderson is Co-Founder and CTO of Moab, a New York based startup building a modern operating system for equipment rental and dealership businesses. He was previously Head of Core Engineering at Ramp, joining the fintech as its 11th employee. In February 2026 Moab emerged from stealth with $16M in combined Seed and Series A funding backed by Elad Gil and Ironspring Ventures.
Paul Szemerenyi
Paul Szemerenyi is the CEO of Jones, an AI-powered insurance verification platform for the construction and real estate industries, appointed in January 2026 after co-founder Omri Stern moved to the board. He has more than 20 years running go-to-market at high-growth SaaS companies including Allbound (CEO), Bizzabo (CRO), Fuze, Appboy/Braze, AppSense and 1E, and before that served as an officer on nuclear submarines in the Royal Navy.
Richard Fifita
Richard Fifita is the co-founder and CEO of Veyor, a cloud-based logistics scheduling platform for construction and large-scale facilities. A former civil engineer and Lendlease superintendent who helped deliver the Barangaroo International Towers in Sydney, he started Veyor in 2018 to fix the chaos he saw on his own jobsites and has since relocated to the United States to lead the company through its Series A expansion.

Zachary Irwin is the co-founder and CEO of Downstream, a Dallas-based marketplace that lets contractors book equipment rentals, dumpsters, portable toilets, and site services with a few taps - the way you might order a pizza. Started in 2022 as 'Trash Gurus' and rebuilt into an AI-driven procurement platform with 100,000+ listings, Downstream raised an $8M Series A in November 2025 co-led by Brick & Mortar Ventures and Moneta Ventures. Irwin came to construction's least glamorous corner from an unlikely place: years as a healthcare-software (Epic) consultant building oncology and pharmacy systems across 22 states.

Janna Colucci is the CEO and co-founder of Bundle, an Oakland-based software platform that drags construction materials procurement out of the paper-and-phone-call era. After watching a construction crew print out her emails and write responses by hand while building Delos' wellness-focused NYC headquarters, she teamed up with Stanford Business School classmate Edison Ding to build a digital buying platform for small and mid-sized residential builders that promises purchasing at 10x speed and 10-20% cost savings. A Dartmouth grad and Stanford MBA who cut her teeth in green building and co-created the mindfulMATERIALS sustainability standard, she raised a $4M seed round in 2023 and runs the company on a Lao Tzu leadership philosophy.
Jon Sibley
Jon Sibley is the Founder and CEO of TrueBuilt Software, an AI-native preconstruction platform headquartered in Huntington Beach, California. A former NCAA Division I water polo player at UC Berkeley and Team USA competitor, Sibley translated elite-sport discipline into enterprise software sales at Quid and Visa before founding TrueBuilt in July 2022. The company raised a $4 million seed round in 2023 led by Bienville Capital with participation from Fifth Wall, and in late 2025 acquired Capabuild — a mobile field documentation platform — driving a 124% revenue increase in three months post-close. TrueBuilt consolidates what was once a fragmented 6-8 tool preconstruction workflow into a single AI-powered platform serving general contractors and subcontractors.

Jose Cruz Jr. is the founder and CEO of Integrated Projects (IPX), a New York spatial intelligence company that digitizes the built environment with 3D laser scanning and AI-assisted BIM conversion. A Columbia-trained architect who started by reselling sneakers and helping at his parents' Florida pizza shop, he now runs a 45-person team that has scanned over 7,000 buildings and 52+ million square feet across six continents. Alex Cooper is the co-founder and co-CEO of Pathways, a New York climate-AI company building the data layer for sustainable manufacturing. Pathways automates the creation of real-time Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for building-material producers - turning a slow, costly, manual six-to-twelve-month process into something that takes weeks. A decade scaling consumer and data startups (Uber, Clutter, Two Chairs) left Cooper convinced that the manufacturers responsible for roughly 40% of global CO2 deserved software as good as the apps on everyone's phone. He teamed up with Harvard classmate Leise Sandeman in 2022 to prove it.
