Siprocal puts three screens to work

A phone, a television, a Counter-Strike match. Siprocal brings three different kinds of attention into one advertising business - and the machinery behind it matters as much as the audience.

Before the promise of reaching somebody on every screen comes a less glamorous question: who is keeping the servers alive? In the infrastructure account Siprocal published in 2023, engineers were struggling with aging hardware, elusive replacement parts and a growing maintenance burden. An advertising business had acquired an awkward second occupation: looking after its own machinery.

THE QUICK READ
  • Mobile: distribution and advertising through carrier relationships.
  • Streaming: software to sell, place and manage television ads.
  • Gaming: a community, tournaments and commercial partnerships.

That is a useful place to begin with Siprocal. The Miami company describes itself as a growth and monetization platform. Translate the vocabulary and it has two connected jobs: help businesses find customers, and help the owners of audiences earn money. Its unusual feature is the combination of routes it can take to get there.

The spare-parts problem

The inherited television advertising stack had reached a ceiling. The published account describes a move to AWS with engineering partner TO THE NEW, completed over eight months without downtime or data loss. Capacity went from 1.5 billion daily ad requests to as many as five billion at peak. The migration began in 2021, before the Siprocal name existed.

Those are requests, not people, purchases or advertisements successfully watched. Still, they explain something about this market. A publisher cannot sell an opportunity its infrastructure cannot process. Growth depends partly on the audience and partly on the system’s ability to answer when an advertising opportunity arrives.

Three screens. Three different jobs.

Siprocal was formed in March 2023 through the combination of DigitalReef and Gamers Club. DigitalReef had already acquired Column6, the connected-TV advertising business, in 2022. The resulting company brought distribution, television software and a gaming community under one roof. These are complementary assets, with quite different working parts.

On mobile, Siprocal’s carrier offering includes direct app installation, onboarding, SIM messaging and dynamic notifications. An app developer wants an installation; an operator wants more value from its distribution and customer relationship. Siprocal supplies tools to connect those interests, including campaign management and analytics. The phone is a distribution channel as well as a place to display an advertisement.

For streaming publishers, the problem is closer to running a busy commercial break. Column6’s capabilities include routing inventory, combining demand in an auction and arranging ad pods. Sequencing, deduplication and competitive separation help publishers control the break. Its white-label platform also lets a publisher put its own identity on the software.

A March 2024 agreement with São Paulo FC makes the publisher customer tangible. Siprocal was brought in to help grow SPFC Play’s user base and expand advertising revenue. The club already had something valuable: supporters interested in its streaming content. The commercial question was how to turn that existing interest into a larger, more useful media business.

The business sits between media ownership and advertising technology. Some inventory comes through partners; gaming also gives it an audience relationship of its own. A buyer comparing alternatives should compare the particular job: DT offers carrier-linked app distribution, while Magnite’s SpringServe provides streaming ad serving and monetization. Siprocal’s proposition combines these disciplines with gaming services.

The ad buyer who wanted the name of the show

Consider the campaign for Circa Las Vegas, run with programmatic specialist Causal IQ. The challenge was recognizable: finding sports programming across multiple partners, negotiating access and understanding where the advertising appeared. Siprocal’s content-targeting approach grouped relevant programming and supplied reporting down to the title.

The company reported a 99% view-through rate and a maximum of three impressions per user. Those figures describe delivery and exposure. They do not establish hotel bookings or incremental profit. The more useful operational detail is the reporting: a buyer could inspect the programming behind the purchase rather than accepting a broad audience label.

“direct publisher relationships”Max Gideon, in Siprocal’s April 2024 industry Q&A

That phrase captures an important part of its pitch. Content Targeting packages can be assembled around genres, titles and live programming. In June 2026, Siprocal’s own commentary returned to the same concern: buyers should know which show carried their ad. For an advertiser, that makes context an inspectable buying decision.

A community becomes a commercial channel

Gamers Club supplies a different kind of access. Its commercial services include running competitions, producing broadcasts and building projects for brands. A 2024 account described its work on Valorant Challengers Brazil and partnerships involving Riot, Itaú, ExitLag and Red Bull. That is production and relationship work as much as automated media buying.

The revenue mix extends beyond advertising slots: players can pay for services, while brands buy sponsorships, events and tailored campaigns. In July 2026, Exame reported a R$20 million annual B2B revenue target for Gamers Club. That was a projection for one business line, not a statement of consolidated Siprocal sales.

The lesson for another community operator is practical: build services around the reason people already gather. Broadcasting, tournament operations and sustained partnerships give a brand ways to participate. Each requires expertise that a dashboard alone cannot supply.

Internally, the company presents accountability and transparency as working values. Its careers page groups those commitments under TRUST. For customers buying an involved service across different media, the practical test is whether that language becomes clear reporting, responsive operations and responsibility for outcomes.

Read the small print on the big numbers

Siprocal’s formation also rewards careful reading. The SEC filing records approximately $380 million of shares issued in a non-cash business combination. Solace Capital Partners subsequently announced growth capital in March 2024. The first figure describes merger consideration; the second describes investment. They answer different questions about the company.

The same discipline helps with reach. Siprocal labels its 600 million figure an installed device base and separately lists 100 million mobile monthly active users. A device footprint measures potential distribution; activity measures something else. Neither automatically describes the audience available for a particular campaign.

For a prospective customer, the sensible next step is to specify the job, the inventory and the evidence of success. Title-based buying needs useful programming metadata. App distribution needs the relevant integrations. Gaming needs a community that fits the brand. Siprocal’s three screens offer several routes to attention. The commercial work begins with choosing the right one.
