An electrical engineer who would rather untangle your CRM than your circuit board - now running one of the world's top HubSpot consultancies out of Dublin.
Geoffrey Mobisson. He has started consultancies in two different CRM universes and shows no sign of stopping at two.
Geoffrey Mobisson sells a quiet, unglamorous product: order. Clean data. Systems that talk to each other. Workflows that do the boring thing correctly, every time, so the humans can go do something interesting. He has built a company around the premise that this is worth a great deal of money, and roughly 400 customers across four countries seem to agree.
Today Mobisson is Managing Director and CEO of Periti Digital, a consultancy he has run since June 2021. Periti is a HubSpot Elite Partner - the top tier of HubSpot's solutions ecosystem - and in 2024 it ranked among the top three HubSpot consultancies in the world. The work is the kind clients used to hand to whoever was cheapest and now hand to whoever is best: complex integrations, data migrations, RevOps strategy, and increasingly, AI-driven automation stitched into the CRM itself.
His read on the market is blunt. Companies, he says, are no longer satisfied with basic implementations. They want partners who can deliver complex integrations, data migrations, and intelligent workflows. It is a useful sentence to keep in mind, because it explains the entire shape of Periti: a firm built for the messy middle of digital transformation, where SAP meets HubSpot meets Xero meets a healthcare records system that nobody has touched since 2014.
Periti grew up European. Dublin is home base, with offices in Lisbon, Munich and Rotterdam. The growth curve has been almost suspiciously tidy - a 100% compound annual growth rate, year after year, since the firm took its current form. Then in January 2026 Periti planted its first North American flag at the Cambridge Innovation Center in Massachusetts, a short walk from HubSpot's own headquarters. The proximity was the point.
North America is absolutely central to our growth strategy. The Cambridge Innovation Center provides the perfect environment for a technology-focused consultancy like ours.
Start at the beginning, because the beginning is far from Dublin. Geoffrey Emeka Mobisson grew up in Nigeria and attended Federal Government College in Enugu before crossing the Atlantic. He landed at MIT, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1992, then added a Harvard MBA in 1997. Engineer first, business person second - an order that still shows in how he talks about systems.
His first jobs were squarely technical. He wrote software for Motorola's Semiconductor Products Sector, then moved through product and e-business roles at Radiant Systems, Dataweb Technologies and ON Semiconductor. Somewhere in that stretch the center of gravity shifted from building chips to building the customer-facing systems that run companies. By the mid-2000s he was president of Empath Solutions and running CRM programs at Microchip Technology. The consultant was emerging from the engineer.
In 2006 he and Doug Guilbeau co-founded Levementum - later just Lev - a Salesforce consultancy focused on Marketing Cloud, CRM, commerce and IoT. Mobisson spent the better part of fourteen years there as co-founder, managing director and chairman, helping build it into a respected name in the Salesforce ecosystem before stepping back around 2020. A spell in venture capital followed, as managing director at E and I Ventures. Then, rather than stay on the investing side of the table, he went back to operating - and back to CRM consulting, this time betting the whole enterprise on HubSpot rather than Salesforce. The same playbook, a different universe.
It is worth noticing the loyalty embedded in that arc. Guilbeau, his Levementum co-founder, came along to Periti too, where he now serves as Chairman and CFO. People who build two companies together tend to know something about each other that the org chart does not capture.
There is a second Geoffrey Mobisson, and he does not show up on a HubSpot leaderboard. Since 2019 he has chaired and now serves as president of Save Our Schools Arizona, a nonpartisan, community-based group that advocates for public education and has spent years pushing back on the state's school-voucher expansion. It is a long way - geographically and tonally - from enterprise integrations in Dublin. He runs a consultancy headquartered in Ireland, lives in New York, and fights for schools in Arizona. Sitting still is clearly not the brand.
Companies want partners who can deliver complex integrations, data migrations, and intelligent workflows.
Two consultancies, two CRM ecosystems. Salesforce with Levementum, then HubSpot with Periti. The same instinct, rebuilt from zero on purpose.
An MIT EE who began on the semiconductor side. He talks about businesses the way engineers talk about systems - inputs, integrations, clean handoffs.
His Levementum co-founder Doug Guilbeau followed him to Periti as Chairman and CFO. Some partnerships outlast the company that created them.
From Enugu to MIT to Dublin - spread the story.
