XSQUARE Technologies makes warehouses run themselves. Founded in Singapore in 2019 and incubated inside the Goldbell Group - a logistics house with roughly four decades in material handling - the company builds its own line of autonomous forklifts and pairs them with Xymphony, an orchestration platform that behaves like a conductor for a fleet of machines. The forklifts move pallets; Xymphony decides which forklift, which route, and when, while talking to conveyors, cargo lifts, mobile racking and the warehouse and enterprise software already running the building.
The pitch is deliberately unglamorous: automation that fits the warehouse you already have. XSQUARE's AGVs are designed to work alongside human staff without cages, without a shutdown, and - crucially - without ripping out and rebuilding the floor plan. That constraint is the product. Underneath, this is as much a software company as a hardware one. About three-quarters of the team works on research and development in AI and robotics, and the company runs its own R&D headquarters, production facilities and 24/7 technical support.
