Hardware, Software, and a Promise of Proof
Willog describes itself as an AIoT supply-chain company - artificial intelligence layered on top of the Internet of Things. In plain terms, it puts sensors on cargo and intelligence behind the data those sensors produce. The pitch is narrow and specific: the most expensive logistics failures are the ones no one sees, so Willog's job is to make them visible.
That matters most for goods that cannot tolerate surprises. A few degrees of warming can ruin a batch of biologics. A single hard drop can crack a display panel or a precision instrument. A humidity spike can degrade a lithium battery. For these shipments, "it probably arrived fine" is not good enough, and Willog's sensors turn probably into a timestamped record.
The customers
Willog's customer list reads like a map of high-stakes cargo. Its solutions are used across biopharma and pharmaceuticals, semiconductors and displays, chemicals, batteries, food and fresh food, auto parts and luxury goods. In 2025 the Republic of Korea Army signed on to modernize military logistics with the same IoT-plus-AI approach. These are shippers, manufacturers and third-party logistics providers who share one trait: the goods they move are too valuable or too fragile to lose track of.
The problem it solves
Traditional shipping measures two points - origin and destination - and infers everything in between. Willog's argument is that the damage happens in the middle, in the gaps between scans, and that inference is not evidence. By riding along with the shipment, its devices close those gaps. When a claim is disputed, when a cold-chain excursion needs explaining, or when a route keeps producing damaged goods, Willog customers have a continuous record instead of a guess.
