Bryce Jones is the CEO and co-founder of Flash Forest, a Toronto-based cleantech startup that uses autonomous drones, AI, GIS mapping and biodegradable seed pods to replant forests faster and more cheaply than traditional hand-planting. A former tree planter and biology graduate from British Columbia, Jones launched Flash Forest in 2019 after seeing how far reforestation methods lagged behind industrial logging technology. The company's stated goal is to plant one billion trees by 2028, with a focus on land that is unsafe or uneconomical for human crews, including post-wildfire terrain.
Evan Wong
Evan Wong is the co-founder and CEO of Checkbox, a legal AI company he started in Sydney in 2016 and now runs from New York. Checkbox builds an AI 'legal front door' that lets in-house legal teams intake, triage and automate routine work through a no-code, drag-and-drop platform. A serial entrepreneur who launched his first company at 17, Wong studied Commerce and Law at UNSW, was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia in 2019, and in early 2026 raised a US$23M Series A that valued Checkbox at roughly US$100M. His customers include large enterprises such as PepsiCo, SAP, Telstra and Woolworths.
Nat Ware
Nat Ware is an Australian economist and social entrepreneur, the founder and CEO of Forte, a New York-based company that finances education, reskilling and healthcare at zero cost to individuals or governments. An Oxford PhD and Rhodes Scholar, he invented the Forte (Financing Of Return To Employment) mechanism, where governments repay training costs only out of the additional income-tax revenue that newly employed graduates generate. He earlier built 180 Degrees Consulting into the world's largest consultancy for nonprofits and social enterprises. A Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree and three-time TEDx speaker, he calls his approach trickle-up economics.

Amber Nigam is the co-founder and CEO of basys.ai, a Harvard-born healthcare AI company teaching software to navigate one of medicine's most despised rituals: prior authorization. Trained on more than 10 million patient records and claims, basys.ai's engine encodes payer policy and automates up to 90% of authorization requests, aiming to give clinicians their time back and patients faster answers. A Harvard Health Data Science graduate, three-time patent inventor, and published researcher at venues like NeurIPS and ACL, Nigam came to Boston from Bareilly, India, after first building an ed-tech startup, kydots.ai. He has spoken at TEDx, Mayo Clinic, Harvard, and MIT, and has been named to multiple 40 Under 40 lists.
Catalina Gorla
Catalina Gorla is the co-founder and CEO of TruDataRx, a Vermont-based health technology company that helps self-insured employers cut pharmacy spend using objective clinical data and comparative-effectiveness analytics. A Dartmouth-educated former economist turned healthcare entrepreneur, she has spent over a decade attacking the hidden costs and conflicts of interest baked into American drug pricing. She previously co-founded Informulary, managed innovation programs at the Dartmouth Center for Healthcare Delivery Science, and delivered a TEDxBeaconStreet talk arguing the U.S. doesn't need a single payer so much as an informed one.
Haley Rosen
Haley Rosen is the founder and CEO of Just Women's Sports, the digital media company she launched in January 2020 to fix a number that had not budged in a decade: roughly 4% of all sports coverage went to women. A former Stanford midfielder who played professionally before injuries ended her career, Rosen built JWS from a single Instagram account into a leading women's sports media platform with podcasts, editorial, live programming, events, and merchandise, backed by investors including Kevin Durant and Joe Tsai. Her core argument, delivered on the TEDxBoston stage, is blunt: stop treating women's sports like a charity and start covering them like sports.

Olga V. Mack is the CEO of TermScout, an AI-powered contract certification platform that grades contracts as fair, balanced, and market-ready before negotiation even begins. A serial legal-tech CEO and former general counsel, she earlier ran Parley Pro through its 2022 acquisition by LexisNexis and stayed on to lead CounselLink. She is also the founder of HERhealthEQ, a nonprofit that has reached over 128,000 women across 12 countries by deploying medical devices for cancers, maternal health, and cardiovascular disease. A partner at women's-health fund Goddess Gaia Ventures and author of the forthcoming book 'Undervalued to Unavoidable,' she argues women's health is not a charitable cause but economic infrastructure that has been systematically underestimated.

Nellie Wartoft is a Swedish technology entrepreneur and the CEO and founder of Tigerhall, a Change Activation Platform that helps Fortune 500 companies drive organizational transformation at scale using AI and social learning. She moved from a small Swedish village to Singapore at 18 with a one-way ticket, spent 4.5 years as a top billing recruiter at Michael Page, then built Tigerhall from scratch into a platform operating across 32 countries, backed by Sequoia Capital and Monk's Hill Ventures with over $10 million in venture capital. Before her tech career she was a Swedish national champion in skeet shooting and air rifle.
