Allie Janoch
Allie Janoch is the CEO and co-founder of Mapistry, a Berkeley-born software company that turns the soul-crushing paperwork of environmental compliance into maps, mobile inspections and automated alerts for industrial and manufacturing companies. A computer-vision engineer by training - MIT Lincoln Labs, IQ Engines, Yahoo's Flickr - she walked out of a comfortable Silicon Valley job in 2013 to build software for stormwater permits, of all things, alongside her husband and environmental-engineer co-founder Ryan Janoch. The bet: regulations don't have to be the enemy of either the economy or clean water.

Arash Jafari is the CEO and co-founder of Clearpol, a San Francisco healthtech company that builds AI to help post-acute and long-term care providers manage regulatory compliance and clinical risk. A former NASA JPL and Langley engineer, he traded interplanetary robotics simulations and severe-weather prediction for one of healthcare's least glamorous frontiers: the survey deficiency. Jacob Allen
Jacob Allen is the co-founder and CEO of Reportwell, a software startup that turns the slow, paperwork-heavy work of regulatory compliance reporting into a clean, AI-assisted portal, starting with K-12 schools and the agencies that oversee them. He came to the problem the hard way: as the co-founder and CEO of pilotED Schools, a charter network built around identity and sociology, he drowned in state and city compliance reports and decided to build the tool he wished he had. Brock Arnason is the founder and CEO of Droit, a New York regtech firm that turns the live text of financial regulation into auditable, machine-readable logic - a discipline it calls computational law. A Cornell-trained engineering physicist and former Morgan Stanley fixed-income e-commerce executive, he started Droit in 2012 to solve the Dodd-Frank derivatives mess from the inside. David Ripley
David 'Dave' Ripley is Co-CEO of Kraken, one of the world's largest and longest-running cryptocurrency exchanges. He joined via Kraken's 2016 acquisition of Glidera, a bitcoin wallet service he co-founded, and rose from COO to CEO to Co-CEO as Kraken expanded aggressively — completing $1.5B acquisitions, raising $800M in 2025, and filing confidentially for a U.S. IPO.
