Ian Lowe is the founder and CEO of Arduro Sustainable Rubber, a clean-technology company turning end-of-life tires and waste rubber back into high-value raw materials. A former JPMorgan financial controller and Piper Jaffray project-finance banker, Lowe spotted a University of Louisville research project posted online and built it into a company commercializing a patented chloramine devulcanization process that recovers rubber, carbon black and processing oils at a roughly 95% reuse rate. Arduro's first product, ELDARIX r1000 recovered carbon black, is aimed at tire and rubber manufacturers looking to cut carbon footprints while keeping performance.
Kevin Diao
Kevin (Shengxin) Diao is the co-founder and CEO of Meixin (MX) Global, a New York-based cross-border fintech and investment management company he started in 2015 at age 26. The firm builds technology that gives Asian wealth managers, private funds and family offices access to global alternative investments, aggregating investor subscriptions to lower minimums and costs. A graduate of NYU's Stern School of Business, Diao previously worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Greentech Capital Advisors and Societe Generale. He was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list for Finance & Venture Capital in 2017 and to Tatler Asia's Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow list in 2019.

Marc Visent is the co-founder and CEO of Knowify, a New York-based cloud software company that helps trade contractors and small construction businesses run job costing, project management, billing, and accounting in one place. A trained computer engineer and lawyer turned software entrepreneur, he started Knowify in 2012 with Daniel de Roulet Jr. and has grown it into a platform used by thousands of contractors, an Intuit QuickBooks partner, and a 2025 Inc. 5000 honoree.

Satish Vemuri is the CEO of ëko Incorporated, a New York-based venture that stitches urban farms into the real estate that hosts them - matching developers, architects, biologists, and agriculture specialists to grow food for the restaurants and shops downstairs. Steven Schwartz is the co-founder and CEO of Whop, a New York-based digital marketplace where people buy and sell software, courses, communities, and other digital products. He started building and selling iOS sneaker bots from his bedroom at 13 with future co-founder Cameron Zoub, ran through roughly two dozen side hustles, and launched Whop in 2021. The company reached a reported $1.6 billion valuation, processes billions in annual commerce, and Schwartz says it has minted over 650 millionaires. Backed by Peter Thiel, Insight Partners, Bain Capital Ventures, and Tether, he pitches a future where work is fun and money worries are obsolete.

Tara Hankinson is the co-founder and co-CEO of TALEA Beer Co., New York City's first woman-owned production brewery. After leaving jobs at PwC, The New York Times and a beer e-commerce startup, she and co-founder LeAnn Darland launched TALEA in 2019 to make craft beer approachable for the people it had long ignored. She runs the brand, marketing and a growing chain of design-forward taprooms across Manhattan and Brooklyn, with beer stocked in more than 1,300 retailers.

Felipe Cortina is the co-founder and co-CEO of Jimmy Lion, the colorful sock brand he launched in New York in 2014 with fellow ex-banker Alvaro Gomis. Elan Greenberg is the CEO of Augury, the Industrial AI company that listens to factory machines and predicts their failures before they happen. A former US Marine Corps captain who went from Morgan Stanley M&A to launching DoorDash's non-restaurant business to running operations at Flock Safety, he took the top job at the roughly $1 billion-valued Augury in October 2025 after a year as its COO. His through-line is operations at scale: taking proven technology and putting it in front of every customer who needs it.

Marc Khoury is the co-founder and CEO of aifleet, an Austin-based tech-native trucking company that uses proprietary AI to schedule routes, automate load booking, and keep its employee drivers busier and better paid. A civil engineer turned management consultant, he ran strategy at US Xpress before launching aifleet in 2020 to attack what he calls trucking's real problem: not a driver shortage, but a retention problem rooted in an inefficient, fragmented $400 billion market. The company has raised roughly $55 million and grown its fleet from dozens of drivers to hundreds.

Lindon Gao
Lindon Gao is the co-founder and CEO of Dyna Robotics, a Redwood City-based company building commercially deployed foundation model robots for real-world automation. After immigrating from China at age 11, he attended Stuyvesant High School and NYU Stern before pivoting from Goldman Sachs investment banking to entrepreneurship. He co-founded Caper AI, an AI-powered smart grocery cart company acquired by Instacart for $350 million in 2021. In 2024, he left Instacart to launch Dyna Robotics alongside York Yang and former Google DeepMind scientist Jason Ma. Within a year, Dyna raised $143.5 million in total funding, achieved a $600 million valuation, and deployed robots folding napkins and handling laundry for 16 hours daily at hotels, restaurants, gyms, and laundromats — backed by NVIDIA, Amazon, Salesforce Ventures, and First Round Capital.
