Cameron McCord
Cameron McCord is the co-founder and CEO of Nominal, a defense-tech software company modernizing how the world tests and validates mission-critical hardware. A former US Navy nuclear submarine officer who logged 484 days underwater, he studied physics and nuclear engineering at MIT and earned an MBA at Harvard before building product at Anduril and investing at Lux Capital. Founded in 2022, Nominal reached a $1 billion valuation after raising $155 million in ten months, counting four of the five largest US defense contractors among its customers.
Nikhil Rao
Nikhil Rao is the cofounder and CEO of Reflex (formerly Pynecone), an open-source framework that lets developers build full-stack web apps in pure Python without touching JavaScript or React. A UC Berkeley EECS graduate who worked at VMware, Drive.ai, and Apple, he founded Reflex in 2022 with college roommate Alek Petuskey after watching brilliant ML engineers struggle to ship simple user interfaces. Reflex went through Y Combinator's W23 batch, raised a $5M seed led by Lux Capital, and has grown into an enterprise platform used for internal tools across roughly 30% of the Fortune 500.
Alfredo Andere
Alfredo Andere is the co-founder and CEO of LatchBio, a San Francisco company building cloud and machine-learning infrastructure for biology. Born in Mexico City and raised in Guadalajara, he studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at UC Berkeley, worked at Google on the TensorFlow-NumPy framework and as a data engineer at Facebook, then dropped out of Berkeley in early 2021 with two college friends to start LatchBio. The trio conducted roughly 300 customer interviews before writing code, raised an oversubscribed $5M seed led by Lux Capital, and have since scaled the company through a $28M Series A and a 2026 Series B, bringing total funding to $163M. Andere is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree.
Brendan Fairbanks
Brendan Fairbanks is the founder and CEO of Perchwell, the modern MLS technology and data platform for residential real estate. A former finance professional who taught himself to code after the 2008 crash, he built Perchwell to bring the quantitative rigor of capital markets to the world's largest asset class. Launched in New York, Perchwell now operates the de facto MLS of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and is expanding to MLS organizations nationwide. In July 2024 the company raised a $25M Series B led by Lux Capital, bringing total funding to roughly $55M.

Kim Seth, Ph.D., is the founding President & CEO of Nilo Therapeutics, a New York biotech that launched in October 2025 with a $101 million Series A to build medicines that talk to the immune system through the brain. A Harvard-trained neurobiologist turned dealmaker, he spent 25-plus years moving between Goldman Sachs, Pfizer, and Repare Therapeutics - where he helped take a precision-oncology startup from pre-Series A to IPO - before betting his own career on the strange idea that the vagus nerve might be the most underused drug target in autoimmune disease.
Marc Atiyeh
Marc Atiyeh is the co-founder and CEO of Pawp, a 24/7 digital veterinary clinic that gives pet parents unlimited text, call, and video access to vets for a flat monthly fee plus an emergency fund. Born and raised in Beirut and trained as an electrical and computer engineer at Harvard, he cut his teeth scaling fintech startups Paribus and Clarity Money before pivoting a small pet e-commerce idea into one of the largest pet telehealth platforms in the US. He was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2022 and struck a national distribution partnership with Walmart in 2024.
Ryan Daniels
Ryan Daniels is the cofounder and CEO of Crosby, a hybrid AI law firm that pairs licensed lawyers with proprietary AI agents to review commercial contracts (MSAs, NDAs, DPAs) in under an hour at fixed per-document pricing. A Stanford Law graduate and former startup general counsel who got tired of being the bottleneck on his own company's deals, Daniels built the product he wished he had. Since emerging from stealth in 2025, Crosby has negotiated more than $1 billion in contracts for clients like Cursor and Clay, and raised about $85.8M from Sequoia, Index, Lux Capital and Bain Capital Ventures.
Bilal Zuberi
Bilal Zuberi is the founder and managing partner of Red Glass Ventures, a Menlo Park early-stage fund backing companies where AI touches atoms. He spent 12 years as a General Partner at Lux Capital, leading 65+ investments across deep tech, defense, robotics and industrial AI. An MIT physical chemistry PhD who studied under Nobel laureate Mario Molina, he was born in Karachi and built his first company in advanced materials before turning to venture.
Joseph Semrai
Joseph Semrai is a Thiel Fellow and serial AI builder who dropped out of Stanford at 20 to found Context, the world's first AI-native office suite. Context raised $11M in seed funding at a $70M valuation from Lux Capital, Qualcomm Ventures, and General Catalyst, and launched to automate an estimated 2.5 trillion hours of annual knowledge work. Before Context, Semrai built Friday - the world's first internet-connected LLM chatbot (later acquired by Andi Search) - and RealityGPT, a wearable GPT-4 device, as a Stanford freshman. He is known for assembling elite engineering teams and building AI products that reach millions of users.

Renata Quintini is a Brazilian-American venture capitalist and co-founder of Renegade Partners, a $228M early-stage VC firm she launched in 2020 with Roseanne Wincek. Known for coining the 'Supercritical Stage' - the critical post-product-market-fit phase before full-scale growth - she brings two decades of investing experience from Felicis Ventures and Lux Capital, where she backed companies generating over $40B in enterprise value at exit, including Dollar Shave Club, Cruise Automation, Warby Parker, Wise, and Glossier. A Stanford-trained lawyer and MBA, three-time state karate champion, and Bossa Nova guitarist, Quintini is one of the rare women who runs her own venture fund.
