Wafeq is a cloud accounting and e-invoicing platform built for small and medium businesses across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Founded in 2019 by Nadim Alameddine, it gives SMEs and accounting firms ZATCA- and FTA-compliant invoicing, VAT and corporate tax reporting, payroll, inventory, and 40+ financial reports in one Arabic-and-English interface. The platform processes roughly 2 million invoices worth about $400 million every month and serves more than 10,000 customers, with the vast majority of activity in Saudi Arabia.
PortPro
PortPro is a New Jersey-based software company that builds a drayage-specific operating platform - a transportation management system (TMS) purpose-built for the container trucking companies and freight brokers that move ocean containers between ports, rail yards and warehouses. Its drayOS platform handles order entry, dispatch, container tracking, appointment setting, billing and driver payments in one system, and in 2025 it layered on 'Jerry' and 'Helen,' agentic-AI teammates that dispatch loads, validate documents and generate invoices automatically. Founded by Michael Mecca, who grew up in the drayage business, PortPro raised a $12M Series A led by Avenue Growth Partners in 2023 and serves hundreds of drayage carriers and brokers across North America.

Fazeshift is a San Francisco AI company building autonomous agents that run the accounts receivable process end to end - generating invoices, matching payments, chasing collections, reconciling cash and updating systems of record. Founded in 2023 by Caitlin Leksana and Timmy Galvin and launched out of Y Combinator's Summer 2024 batch, the company sits as an intelligent control layer across ERPs, CRMs, bank portals and email, and says it now automates more than 90% of manual AR work for its enterprise customers.

Founded in 2022 by ex-Instagram product manager Jason Rudin and backed by Y Combinator (W23), Clad aims to help the companies rebuilding America's internet and power networks build faster and get paid faster.

Barrett Boston
Barrett Boston is the former Chief Executive Officer of Ottimate (formerly Plate IQ), a San Francisco-based AI-powered accounts payable automation platform. Appointed CEO in October 2021 following FTV Capital's majority investment, Boston transformed the company from a restaurant-focused invoice tool into a multi-industry AP automation leader serving hospitality, healthcare, grocery, retail, construction, and manufacturing sectors. Under his leadership, Ottimate rebranded from Plate IQ, raised $160 million in Series B funding, launched an industry-first AI engine for AP, and introduced Conversational AP - an AI assistant for finance teams. Boston stepped down in March 2026, passing the CEO role to Shawn Lane. His career spans IBM, TravelClick, TriNet, and Merrill Lynch, with an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Duke University.
Matt McKinney
Matt McKinney is the Co-Founder and CEO of Loop, a San Francisco-based AI platform transforming freight audit and payment for the supply chain. A USC and Stanford-trained engineer, McKinney spent years at Uber helping launch Uber Freight before leaving to build Loop in 2021 with co-founder Shaosu Liu. The pair had watched firsthand how 20% of freight invoices contain errors and a single invoice takes 50 days to process - then decided to fix it. Loop has since raised $172M including a $95M Series C, processes billions in freight payments, and has grown to 280 employees serving customers like Olipop, Clemens Food Group, and Kendra Scott.
