He holds a master's in computer science and artificial intelligence from Dartmouth College, authored the book 'The AI Dilemma: Why Businesses Still Fail to Embrace AI,' and has been named a USA 40 Under 40 honoree and ranked among global top AI leaders.
Siobhan Savage
Siobhan Savage is the CEO and co-founder of Reejig, a workforce intelligence and AI orchestration platform built to eliminate what she calls 'zero wasted potential' in the labor market. Sketched during maternity leave in 2018 and now used across 66 countries, Reejig became the first company to independently audit its talent AI for bias. Savage is a Forbes Cloud 100 Rising Star and a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer, and previously spent almost two decades running workforce strategy on billion-dollar infrastructure programs including Sydney Metro, Melbourne Metro, and Roy Hill.
Phoebe Yao
Phoebe Yao is the founder and CEO of Pareto.AI, a talent-first human data platform that recruits and trains the top sliver of expert labelers to produce high-quality training data for the world's leading AI labs. A Chinese-American immigrant, classical violist, 2020 Thiel Fellow and Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, she dropped out of Stanford during the pandemic to build what began as a bootcamp training women as remote virtual assistants and pivoted in 2023 into the human-data backbone for AI research. Her companies have worked with the likes of Character.AI and Imbue and researchers at Stanford and UPenn, all anchored by a single conviction: the humans behind AI deserve to be treated as experts, not anonymous clickworkers.
Amit Kapur
Amit Kapur is co-CEO of Flawless, the London-based AI filmmaking company building 'assistive AI' tools for visual dubbing, performance editing and film localization. A Stanford-trained mechanical engineer who grew up in South Dakota, Kapur rose to COO of MySpace at its 125-million-user peak, co-founded the AI personalization startup Gravity (acquired by AOL in 2014), ran AOL's publisher platform, and later worked as an executive in residence at Redpoint Ventures. He advised and sat on Flawless's board for two years before stepping into the co-CEO seat alongside filmmaker Scott Mann, drawn by what he calls the company's ethical-AI approach to amplifying filmmakers rather than replacing them.

Wendy Gonzalez is the CEO of Sama, a mission-driven AI data annotation and model evaluation company that employs thousands of workers in East Africa. She joined Sama in 2015, rose through the ranks as COO and President, and assumed the CEO role in 2020 following the passing of founder Leila Janah. Under her leadership, Sama closed a $70M Series B - at the time the largest funding round for a woman-led AI infrastructure company - achieved Forbes AI 50 recognition, and scaled to over 3,000 employees while maintaining its B Corp certification and social mission of lifting people out of poverty through dignified work in the AI economy.

Tracy Chan is the CEO of Splash, the AI music platform that turned Roblox into the world's biggest music game with 480 million players. A veteran music-tech executive who built creator tools at YouTube, founded and sold CrowdAlbum to Spotify, scaled Spotify for Artists, led music at Twitch during the pandemic, and ran content at SoundCloud before joining Splash in March 2024 - Chan has spent his career at the exact intersection where technology meets the moment an artist connects with a fan. At Splash, he is building the infrastructure for a generation that doesn't just listen to music, it creates it.
