Transient.AI is a New York-based fintech startup building what it calls a Trusted AI Operating System for capital markets - a compliant, explainable intelligence layer that unifies fragmented legacy systems for hedge funds, asset managers, RIAs, and sell-side trading desks. Founded by former traders and technologists from Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, UBS, and McKinsey, the company ships a suite of enterprise SaaS platforms (Caddie.AI, ClarityRIA, CapFlo.AI, Sales+) plus specialized AI agents for trade ideas, surveillance, AML, and term sheets. In May 2026 it raised its Series A led by NEXT Investors to scale deployment inside regulated financial institutions.
Abuzar Royesh
Abuzar Royesh is the founder and CEO of Pastel (DataServe AI), a U.S.- and Nigeria-based company building agentic AI software that helps regional, mid-tier, and community banks automate onboarding, compliance, fraud detection, and anti-money-laundering work. Born in Afghanistan and educated at Tufts and Stanford, where he was a Knight-Hennessy Scholar, he is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree. He is also the founder and board chair of the 30 Birds Foundation, which evacuated more than 450 Afghans, mainly schoolgirls, after the 2021 Taliban takeover.
