The cloud backbone quietly running Southeast Asia's business travel - booking, compliance and finance in one platform.

OPSIGO / PT. REKA SINERGI PRATAMA - Jakarta, Indonesia. The company brand behind Opsigo, Opsicorp and Opsifin.
Every corporate flight booked through an Indonesian travel agent has to pass through a chain of unglamorous steps: search fares across airlines, apply the company's travel policy, get approval, issue the ticket, reconcile the expense, and invoice the client. For years, that chain ran on a patchwork of legacy systems and spreadsheets. Opsigo built the cloud platform that stitches it together.
Founded in 2014 in Jakarta under the legal entity PT. Reka Sinergi Pratama, Opsigo is a business-to-business travel technology company. It does not sell trips to consumers. Instead, it sells the software and the aggregation layer that travel agencies and corporations use to run travel at scale.
The founding thesis was specific: global travel systems, built for markets like New York and London, never quite fit the business processes of Southeast Asian companies. Opsigo set out to close that regional-fit gap with software designed for how agencies and enterprises in the region actually operate.
The result is a platform that connects the whole ecosystem - conventional travel agents, more than 200 airlines, over 300,000 hotels, and the corporations that need all of it under policy and on budget. More than IDR 1 trillion in transactions flow through it every month.
By bringing conventional agencies onto a single aggregator platform rather than trying to disrupt them out of existence, Opsigo now reaches an estimated 70% of Indonesia's conventional travel agency market.
One way to accelerate end-to-end digitization is inviting conventional travel agents to join aggregator platforms.
Opsigo's suite maps neatly onto the three stages of a corporate journey. Each piece works on its own, but the value compounds when they connect.
An all-in-one, cloud-based booking engine that lets conventional agencies digitize operations and access aggregated air, hotel and ancillary content. Agencies can choose their preferred GDS and tap NDC-standard content instead of being locked to a single source.
A travel-and-expense system with budget monitoring, travel-policy enforcement and approval workflows. It integrates directly into a company's ERP and financial systems so trips stay compliant and on budget without the paperwork.
A mid-to-back office engine that automates invoicing, cash-flow management and financial reporting for travel businesses - the unseen accounting layer that keeps a distribution network running.
Opsigo serves two audiences at once. On one side sit 40+ of Indonesia's top travel agencies, using the booking platform to compete with online players. On the other sit corporations - including state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and global companies - that need business travel managed under policy and integrated with their finance systems. Government business-travel spending alone reached IDR 37.8 trillion in 2022, a market Opsicorp is built to serve.
Fragmented content across airlines and hotels. Travel that ignores company policy and blows budgets. Manual ticketing that caps agency productivity. Expense and invoicing done by hand. Security gaps in systems handling money and personal data. Opsigo consolidates all of it into one compliant, auditable workflow - and was the first booking tool in Indonesia to add Multi-Factor Authentication.

Global expense giants like SAP Concur and TravelPerk optimize for Western enterprises. Opsigo optimizes for how Southeast Asian travel actually works - and leans on three distinctions.
GDS freedom. Where most platforms lock agencies to one global distribution system, Opsigo lets them choose, and layers in NDC-standard airline content on top.
Security as a headline. Being first in Indonesia to ship MFA was a trust play. In B2B travel, credibility is the product.
Regional fit. The whole company exists because global systems couldn't accommodate local business processes.
Opsigo runs a B2B SaaS and aggregator model. It licenses cloud software to agencies and corporations, and earns from transaction-based distribution across its network of agents, airlines, hotels and corporate buyers. Revenue comes from subscriptions and volume - not consumer bookings.
Infrastructure: the platform runs on premium cloud - Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud - and Opsigo won the 2019 Microsoft ISV Best Partner Award.
Security is our priority and a way of ensuring our services remain credible.
