The interest rate was there. You just had to work to find it. On Laurel Road’s high-yield savings page, important benefits sat deep in the content, while long paragraphs made comparison harder on a phone. The page could resize for mobile. It still asked the customer to do too much reading.
For a marketing company, this is a revealing place to begin. The advertisement had done enough to bring someone through the door. Now the website was making the next decision harder. iQuanti helped Laurel Road put the annual percentage yield in clearer view and turn benefits into scannable bullets. Sometimes the growth problem is a very ordinary problem of attention.
- iQuanti connects paid media, organic search, website experiments and measurement.
- Its particular depth is banking, financial services and insurance.
- The lesson to borrow: fix the decision after the click, then measure beyond it.
01 / A bank marketer’s kind of agency
Vish Sastry Rachakonda brought experience from American Express and Discover when he founded iQuanti in 2008. The company says it started in a windowless, 200-square-foot office. Today its work spans large brands and several continents. The more interesting inheritance is the financial-services perspective: acquisition has to survive questions about trust, security and what the business actually earns.
That perspective has become an operating choice. iQuanti’s financial-services practice reports more than 40 clients and says everyone receives its BFSI 101 training, including operations staff. Its customers also extend into retail, healthcare, ecommerce and B2B. Public cases name Laurel Road, UniFirst and HomeEquity Bank; many other clients appear anonymously.
Think of iQuanti as an agency with analytical tools and implementation responsibilities. It manages paid and organic channels, builds content and digital experiences, runs conversion experiments, and works on analytics and marketing technology. A brand can use it to diagnose weak acquisition, execute changes and assess results. The commercial pitch joins work that often sits in separate teams.

02 / The uniform company and the clock
UniFirst supplies uniforms and facility services. Its challenge was familiar: grow paid leads while keeping cost per lead within a guardrail. Competition had pushed acquisition costs upward. Visibility into keyword intent was limited, and Microsoft Ads was underused. The existing search setup needed another look.
Working with UniFirst’s marketing team, iQuanti redirected budget from weaker segments toward categories with stronger intent. It refined search queries, adjusted bids and scheduled advertising around periods of buyer activity. Google and Microsoft both mattered. Performance Max campaigns were also expanded. The changes followed a practical question: when is a business buyer most likely to act?
For the first quarter of 2025 versus the same quarter in 2024, the agency reports 3.7 times the paid leads, 1.2 times the paid traffic and roughly half the cost per lead. Investment increased too. The case describes improved acquisition efficiency alongside growth; it does not establish that the total advertising bill fell.
Company-reported ratios. Bar lengths share a common scale. Lead volume and cost measure different things.

03 / Tools that choose the next move
ALPS, iQuanti’s enterprise SEO platform, compares pages and topics with competitors, generates content briefs and simulates how changes might affect ranking and traffic. Its appeal is prioritization: which improvement deserves the next week of work? A forecast remains a model. Search rankings still depend on systems the agency does not control.

LEAP works on the experience after arrival. It evaluates elements such as relevance, trust, calls to action and usability, then helps prioritize improvements. In Laurel Road’s case, that meant making the savings proposition easier to see. The useful shift was from broad instructions to improve the website toward specific hypotheses about what a customer needed.
Laurel Road’s marketing chief described a substantial lift in application starts after the experience changed. That is an encouraging intermediate result. A started application still has to become a completed application, an approved account and, eventually, a valuable customer. Keeping those steps separate makes the experiment more useful to the people funding it.
An earlier Laurel Road project shows the longer route. iQuanti helped build more than 50 product and content pages for physicians, informed by research into their financial questions. The case reports a 381% expansion in non-branded keyword footprint between March 2021 and August 2022. That measures search coverage, rather than deposits, but it shows how specialist content can create more opportunities to be found.
- 01Find the brand
- 02Understand the offer
- 03Start the application
- 04Complete the action
A useful measurement plan follows the handoffs between these steps.
There is an unusual third product: Credello. Launched in 2020, it helps consumers compare financial products and acts as an acquisition channel for financial brands. iQuanti also presents it as a marketing testbed. Owning a place where people compare loans or cards gives the company another setting in which to study the decisions its clients want to influence.
04 / The next front door
In June 2025, Arnab Sen became CEO while Rachakonda became executive chairman. The appointment explicitly supported an AI-first direction. A December partnership with Profound added AI visibility intelligence to iQuanti’s search offering, helping brands assess their presence in generated answers. The company’s Q3 2026 banking report continues that emphasis on acquisition and content for AI-mediated discovery.
This places iQuanti between performance agencies, specialist SEO firms, software vendors and internal marketing teams. Its case rests on coordinating analysis with execution and bringing financial-services knowledge to both. Buyers can ask for a scoped engagement or product demonstration, then judge the proposal against their own acquisition economics and ability to implement changes.
05 / Borrow the discipline
The method travels: group search terms by intent, examine which produce qualified outcomes, and move effort toward the useful ones. Put the information customers need to decide near the moment they need it. Agree on the downstream measure before celebrating an upstream lift.
It requires dependable tracking, enough traffic to learn from, and teams able to ship changes. A clever test cannot repair an unattractive offer or manufacture demand. iQuanti’s most persuasive cases make a smaller, more usable point: before buying the next visit, understand what happened to the last one.
