Dev Shrotri is the founder and CEO of CloudLex, a New York based cloud platform built exclusively for plaintiff personal injury law firms. An engineer by training with an MBA from Columbia Business School, he spent years running legal support services before building CloudLex in 2015 to replace the antiquated legacy systems and one-size-fits-all tools that trial lawyers had been stuck with. The company has grown to roughly 110 employees, raised about $7.7 million, and in 2025 launched Lexee, an AI assistant designed specifically for personal injury practice.
Omar Kiyani
Omar Kiyani is co-founder and CEO of Suno, a New York-based practice management platform for audiology clinics that layers generative AI on top of scheduling, charting, billing, and patient communication. Trained as an electrical and computer engineer at Worcester Polytechnic and Columbia, he spent nearly a decade in embedded systems and product roles before starting Suno with CTO Krish Mohan in April 2022. Suno now serves hundreds of hearing clinics and was the first practice management system to integrate with HIMSA's Noah ES.
Neel Shah
Neel Shah is a New York-based healthcare-fintech operator and the chief executive of Zaya Care, a startup that helps independently-owned practices accept insurance profitably. Before Zaya, he ran commercial and product finance at Cedar, the healthcare billing and payments company. His work sits at the unglamorous seam of American medicine - the paperwork, reimbursement and revenue plumbing that decides whether a solo dietitian, physical therapist or acupuncturist can afford to take insurance at all. Zaya, which began by importing a European-style model of maternal care and negotiating coverage with major payers, now pitches itself as the financial leverage of a large medical group for providers who want to stay independent.
Ted Sprinkle
Ted Sprinkle, DVM, is a Cornell-trained veterinarian turned serial entrepreneur who has spent the second half of his career building veterinary consolidators that buy community animal hospitals while leaving their culture intact. He co-founded Encore Vet Group in 2018 with his son Lance and Bo Iler, and led it as CEO through a growth run to roughly 2,200 employees before transitioning to executive chairman in late 2025. Before Encore he founded Healthy Pet Corp. (sold to VCA in 2007) and Pet Partners, and earlier ran a leading thoroughbred operation. His pitch is unusually simple for an acquirer: put people first and the medicine, the clients and the numbers follow.

Valerie Huynh is the co-founder and CEO of Reviva, an AI-native, all-in-one software platform built for wellness and medspa businesses - the scheduling, charting, payments, and client management that aesthetic practices run on. A Stanford-trained operator who logged time as a venture investor at NEA and on the go-to-market team at Assembled, she started Reviva after watching her mom, an integrative-medicine practitioner and compounding pharmacist, wrestle with software that was never built for her. Reviva raised a $2M pre-seed led by Bling Capital and Village Global in June 2024.

An accountant by training, he has spent more than three decades inside healthcare operations and stepped into the CEO role in 2002 after years as Vituity's CFO.

Chris Boudreaux is a fintech professional and co-founder associated with Cherry (withcherry.com), a San Francisco-based healthcare financing platform trusted by over 60,000 medical providers across the United States. Cherry enables patients to access flexible, interest-free payment plans for elective medical procedures - dental, plastic surgery, medspas, and veterinary care - while giving providers same-day upfront payment. Based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Boudreaux operates at the intersection of financial technology and healthcare access, helping expand Cherry's reach across the healthcare provider ecosystem.
Jonathan Rat
Jonathan Rat is the Co-Founder and CEO of Archy, an AI-powered all-in-one dental practice management platform based in San Jose, California. A French-born software engineer with a master's in computer science, he spent a decade building payments infrastructure at Facebook, SurveyMonkey, and Uber before co-founding Archy in 2021 alongside former Uber colleagues Ben Kolin and Nimish Sheth. His motivation: watching his wife, Dr. Christine Liu, struggle daily with outdated, fragmented dental software. Archy has since raised $47 million in total funding, serves 2.5 million patients across 45 states, and processes over $100 million in annual payments.
