Craig Costigan
Craig Costigan is the CEO of NICE Actimize, the financial crime and compliance software division of NICE, a role he has held since 2018. He leads market strategy, product, R&D, sales and marketing for a business that helps banks and other financial institutions fight money laundering, fraud and market abuse. A founding partner of a securities finance software firm in the early 1990s, he built a three-decade career in capital markets technology at K-Tek International, SunGard and FIS before taking the top job at NICE Actimize, where he has pushed the company toward generative and agentic AI.
Frank Weishaupt
Frank Weishaupt is the CEO of Owl Labs, the Boston company behind the Meeting Owl, a 360-degree video conferencing device built for hybrid meetings. He joined in 2018 after two decades in sales and operations leadership at CarGurus, Criteo, Jumptap and Yahoo, and has since made Owl Labs a widely cited voice on the future of work through its annual State of Hybrid Work Report.
Rich Small
Rich Small is the CEO of Neurotech Pharmaceuticals, the Cumberland, Rhode Island clinical-stage biotech that in March 2025 won FDA approval for ENCELTO, the first and only treatment for macular telangiectasia type 2 (MacTel). A CPA and Northeastern University graduate, he joined Neurotech as CFO in 2007 and took over the top job in 2016, guiding the company's encapsulated cell technology platform from experimental science to a commercial retinal implant.
Joseph E. Aoun
Joseph E. Aoun is the seventh president of Northeastern University and the author of Robot-Proof, the book that named the AI-era reinvention of higher education. A Lebanese-born linguist trained under Noam Chomsky, he has spent nearly two decades turning a single Boston commuter campus into a 13-campus global university system spanning North America and the UK, expanding co-op placements into more than 140 countries and growing external research funding sevenfold.
Todd Roberts
Todd Roberts is the CEO and co-founder of ATDev (Assistive Technology Development, Inc.), a robotics company building an ecosystem of devices that help people stay independent regardless of physical ability. A mechanical engineer trained at Northeastern and UC Berkeley, where he researched exoskeletons, Roberts met his co-founder Owen Kent through a Craigslist housing ad and discovered they shared both a roof and a biomechanics class. Their company's first product, Reflex, is a sub-five-pound at-home knee rehabilitation robot that pairs guided exercises with remote clinician monitoring. ATDev raised a $3M seed round in October 2025 and is a partner in the $41M ARPA-H RAMMP robotic mobility initiative.
Jonathan Correia
Jonathan Correia is a co-founder of Torch, a San Francisco-based leadership development and coaching platform that has raised over $85 million in funding and generates $71.8 million in annual revenue. With a mechanical engineering background from Northeastern University and prior experience as an R&D engineer at Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Correia brings a product and engineering lens to Torch's mission of scaling human-centered coaching through behavioral science, AI, and data-driven insights. Torch connects organizations with professional coaches and mentors to develop managers, executives, and high-potential employees at scale.
