Dashlabs.ai is a Manila-based health-tech company (YC W21) that builds end-to-end, cloud-based software for medical laboratories and clinics. Its DIY laboratory information system connects lab machines, patient records, billing, and results into one platform, and it rose to prominence powering the Philippine Red Cross through millions of COVID-19 RT-PCR tests. Today it serves diagnostic labs, hospitals, dialysis centers, veterinary clinics, and corporate health programs across the Philippines.
Vynca
Vynca is a healthcare company focused on serious illness and end-of-life care. Founded in 2013 out of Stanford Biodesign, it began as advance care planning software that put patients' end-of-life wishes into the electronic health record, then expanded into hands-on clinical services. Today it combines home-based and virtual palliative care, care navigation, and enhanced care management with technology, partnering with health plans and providers to keep seriously ill patients comfortable, out of the hospital, and cared for on their own terms.
Nervio
Nervio is an Israeli-American digital health company building AIM, an AI-powered intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) system that turns raw surgical signal data into real-time alerts and recommendations. Founded in 2020 by brothers Dr. Omer Zarchi and Nir Zarchi, the company aims to prevent avoidable paralysis and nerve injury during spine and neurosurgery at a time when the number of surgeries is climbing and the pool of expert neurophysiologists is shrinking. Nervio operates from Nashville, Tennessee with an R&D center in Israel, and its technology has been developed with input from dozens of neurophysiologists across more than 1,000 surgical cases.

Qualified Health is a Palo Alto-based public benefit company building the enterprise AI operating layer for hospitals and health systems. Its platform unifies clinical, operational, and financial workflows under a single governed layer - integrating with core health-system data once, offering pre-validated AI solutions plus builder tools, and adding real-time governance, monitoring, and outcomes tracking. Founded in 2024 by physician-technologist Justin Norden and a team of former health-system executives and AI leaders, it helps systems move past pilots toward scaled, safe, measurable AI. The company has raised $155M to date, including a $125M Series B in March 2026, and serves more than 500,000 users across systems representing roughly 7% of U.S. hospital revenue.
Julián Ríos Cantú
Julián Ríos Cantú is the co-founder and CEO of Eden, the leading cloud-native radiology operating system in Latin America. Motivated by his mother's battle with breast cancer, he began building health technology at age 16, went on to become the youngest-ever winner of the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards at 18, earned a Thiel Fellowship, and went through Y Combinator in 2018.
