Founded in 2019 by Dover Janis, the company raised an $18M Series A led by SolarEdge in 2024 and serves multifamily and commercial real estate portfolios across multiple U.S. markets.
SiteWorx
SiteWorx is a cloud-based energy and facility management platform for industrial and commercial buildings. Built on a foundation of intelligent lighting controls, it unifies sensors, metering, and third-party systems to give operators real-time visibility into water, air/HVAC, gas/steam, and energy/lighting (WAGE) so they can cut waste and reduce operating costs. The platform is the continuation of Digital Lumens' connected-lighting technology, now owned and developed by SiteWorx Software after acquiring the assets in 2023.

Station A is a San Francisco climate-tech company that runs a software marketplace for buying and selling clean energy. Its platform turns a building's address into a data-driven estimate of the financial return on solar, battery storage, and EV charging, then lets commercial real estate owners list projects and collect competitive bids from a network of thousands of vetted energy developers. Spun out of NRG Energy in 2018 by a team that met at MIT, Station A aims to make clean energy transactions as simple and transparent as an online marketplace, and counts large owners like Prologis, Walmart, CBRE, Nestle, and Goldman Sachs among its users.

Verse is a San Francisco climate-tech company building AI software that turns messy energy, market, and financial data into decisions organizations can actually act on. Its flagship platform, Aria, helps companies forecast Scope 2 emissions, plan and procure clean power (including PPAs), optimize on-site assets like batteries, and - increasingly - get AI data centers connected to the grid years faster. Founded in 2022 by clean-energy veterans from Fluence, Tesla and AMS, Verse raised an oversubscribed $54M Series B in June 2026 led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with GV, NVIDIA and Norrsken.
Recurve
Recurve is a San Francisco / Mill Valley-based climate software company that turns behind-the-meter customer devices - smart thermostats, heat pumps, EV chargers, batteries - into reliable grid resources. Its FLEX platform uses revenue-grade smart-meter data and open-source measurement methods (OpenEEmeter / CalTRACK) to let utilities, regulators and aggregators design, run and verify demand-flexibility programs and pay for performance. In effect, Recurve builds the market plumbing for virtual power plants, so the grid can lean on millions of small homes and businesses instead of a single new gas peaker plant.

Beacon Power Services (BPS) is an energy-technology company building data and grid-management software for Africa's power sector. Its AI-enabled platforms - Adora for real-time grid monitoring, CAIMS for utility asset and customer data, and the Xepp consumer app - help electricity distributors cut losses, prevent outages and digitize networks. Founded by aerospace engineer turned investment banker Bimbola Adisa, BPS now serves utilities reaching more than 50 million people across Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Zambia and beyond, processing over a billion grid data points a day.
Verdigris
Verdigris is a Mountain View-based AI and IoT company that turns raw electrical data into actionable intelligence for data centers, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities. By clamping high-frequency sensors onto electrical circuits and running proprietary AI algorithms on the resulting waveform data, Verdigris gives facility operators real-time visibility into energy consumption, power quality, and equipment health - detecting failures before they happen, recovering stranded capacity, and driving 20-50% reductions in energy spend. Founded in 2011, the company serves Fortune 500 customers including T-Mobile, Verizon, and NVIDIA across 17 countries.
