SQOR.ai

From Business Intelligence to Decision Intelligence.

The AI-native platform that reads the tools you already pay for, tells you why the numbers moved, and hands you the next move - no engineers, no dashboards, no migration.

The Company That Wants to Kill the Dashboard

Picture the Monday morning that SQOR.ai was built to end. A founder opens eleven browser tabs - Stripe, Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, a QuickBooks export, three dashboards nobody trusts - and starts the weekly ritual of guessing. Revenue is up, churn is up too, and no one in the room can say whether those two facts are related or just rude to each other. By the time the data team returns an answer, the quarter that raised the question is already over.

SQOR.ai is a New York company betting that this ritual is a solved problem people simply haven't stopped performing. It calls the fix decision intelligence, and the pitch is almost rude in its simplicity: skip the migration, skip the data team, keep the answer. Connect read-only to the 800+ sources a business already runs on, let 60+ AI agents read them at once, and get back not a prettier chart but the thing charts were always a proxy for - what to do next.

"Business intelligence tells you what happened. SQOR.ai insists on telling you why - and what to do about it."

The distinction sounds like marketing until you sit with it. Two decades of BI taught machines to show us things. A well-made dashboard is a mirror: accurate, high-resolution, and utterly silent on the question of causation. It will report that trial signups fell 12% and leave you to argue in a conference room about why. SQOR's wager is that the argument itself is the waste.

At the heart of the platform sits a proprietary engine the company calls the Execution Score Algorithm, or ESA. It rolls the noise of a business into health evaluations at three levels - individual tool, division, and whole company - so that an operator and an investor can, for once, look at the same objective number and mean the same thing by it.

In early 2025 the company added ESA AI Plus™, which it bills as the first plug-and-play KPI prediction automation AI on the market. Prediction alone would be a horoscope; SQOR pairs it with causation, the unglamorous work of establishing that this metric actually moves that one. The result is a system that doesn't just forecast the number - it names the lever.

None of it requires a warehouse rebuild. The integrations are read-only, which is a quietly radical design choice: your data never leaves where it lives, and there is no six-month migration to fail halfway through. You authenticate into a tool, and correlations that once cost months and millions start arriving in minutes.

What You Can Actually Do With It

Three Parts, One Answer

SQOR isn't a chart library with a chatbot bolted on. It's an integration layer, a scoring engine, and a prediction model working the same problem from three angles.

The Platform

Decision Intelligence

Connect read-only to 800+ sources - Stripe, Salesforce, GitHub, BigQuery, Zendesk and more. Ask questions in plain language; 60+ AI agents return correlations, predictions, and recommendations. Consumption pricing, unlimited seats.

The Model

ESA AI Plus™

SQOR's proprietary prediction-and-causation model - marketed as the first plug-and-play KPI prediction automation AI. It delivers AI-driven predictions and alerts across the platform's standardized KPIs, and explains the why, not just the what.

The Score

Execution Score (ESA)

A single, comparable measure of operational health at the tool, division, and company level. It gives leaders situational awareness and gives investors objective visibility they can actually trust across a portfolio.

By the Numbers

The Case, Charted

SQOR's stated goal: a 10x lift in BI productivity while cutting the cost and time-to-insight by the same factor. Here's the shape of the claim.

The Operator Behind It

From the 10th Mountain Division to the Command Line

LF

Laz Fuentes

Founder & CEO · SQOR Technologies Inc.

A former Commander in the U.S. Army's 10th Mountain Division and a former Salomon Brothers investment banker, Fuentes spent a career as a turnaround operator - leading value-creating exits at Warner Bros, YouGov, and Vertro before founding SQOR. He studied Political Philosophy at Columbia. The through-line is unmistakable: a man who has spent his life reading the health of a company from its details, now teaching software to do the same at machine speed.

It is not a coincidence that a turnaround artist built a health score. Fixing a distressed business is the art of finding the one true signal in a company that has lost the plot - and doing it before the runway ends. SQOR is that instinct, productized: situational awareness for anyone who needs to know, right now, whether the operation is winning.

Who It's For

Operators, Funds, and the LPs Behind Them

SQOR describes its audience as "operators, funds, and the LPs behind them" - and the design shows it. For an operator, it's a live nervous system for the business. For private equity, venture capital, and family offices, it's real-time portfolio monitoring that surfaces risk before it becomes a board-meeting surprise. The same objective Execution Score means a CEO and an LP can finally read the same page.

"Outcome-driven decision intelligence for operators, funds, and the LPs behind them."

The Record

How SQOR Got Here

The Last Word

Back to Monday Morning

Return to that founder and the eleven tabs. In the SQOR version of Monday, there is one tab. The question - "why is churn climbing while revenue climbs?" - gets typed in plain English. Somewhere behind the glass, dozens of agents read Stripe and Zendesk and the CRM at once, the Execution Score ticks, and the answer comes back with a cause attached and a lever to pull. The conference-room argument doesn't happen, because there's nothing left to argue about.

Whether SQOR is the company that finally makes the dashboard obsolete is a bet still being placed. But the shift it's selling is real, and it hides inside a single preposition: from business intelligence to decision intelligence. The old promise was to help you see. This one is to help you move. For a founder staring down a quarter that won't wait, that difference is the entire game.

"The old promise was to help you see. SQOR's is to help you move."
