Hantz Févry
Hantz Févry is the founder and CEO of Geolava, a San Francisco spatial-intelligence startup that turns satellite, LiDAR, aerial, street-level and government data into searchable answers about buildings and infrastructure. A Haitian immigrant who built an earthquake early-warning system at age 20, he went on to lead AI research for Google Assistant's hotword (a team that became part of DeepMind), then founded the gig-economy mapping company Stoovo - which mapped 130 million U.S. buildings and was acquired in 2024. In July 2025 he raised a $4.3M seed round for Geolava, betting that spatial intelligence will reshape real estate and infrastructure.
Samir Sen
Samir Sen is the founder and CEO of Flair Labs, a Y Combinator-backed startup building lifelike AI voice assistants that work as a 24/7 digital concierge for real estate brokerages and mortgage lenders. A Stanford computer science graduate who researched at the Stanford AI Lab and built machine learning systems at Apple and Microsoft Bing, Sen spun Flair out of Stanford to chase what he calls 'graceful AI' - software that handles the calls, follow-ups and lead nurturing humans drop, while sounding near-human. Flair reportedly reached $1M in revenue within four months and helps brokerages cut call-center costs by roughly half.
Kate Jarvis
Dr. Kate Jarvis is the CEO and co-founder of Fifth Dimension, the London-born AI company building Ellie, an agentic assistant that screens deals, drafts investment-committee memos and surfaces risk for the people who buy and manage real assets. A Stanford linguistics PhD turned backend engineer, she spent a dozen years shipping machine-learning products before GPT-3 convinced her that real estate's mountains of unstructured documents were a problem language models were born to solve. She has raised more than $40M, opened offices in London, New York and Singapore, and put firms like BXP and Realty Income on her platform.
Ahmed Reza
Ahmed Reza is the Founder and CEO of Yobi, an AI workforce platform that deploys synthetic agents to handle calls, texts, and social DMs for small businesses 24/7. A Milken Scholar at Cornell University who wrote image-processing software for NASA's Spitzer Space Telescope, Reza went from child actor in Bangladesh to homeless student to serial entrepreneur in Silicon Valley. His previous ventures include Call Sumo (call tracking analytics) and Dental Web Now (AI dental marketing, acquired by NPI). Yobi raised a $2.37M seed round in 2023, reached $2.4M ARR by late 2025, and in 2026 partnered with Microsoft to develop a private foundation model for predictive behavioral intelligence.
Michael Martin
Michael Martin is the Co-Founder and CEO of Sidekick, a generative AI assistant purpose-built for real estate agents and brokerages. A Dartmouth-educated executive with a career spanning investment banking at Deutsche Bank and Apollo Global Management, digital agency leadership at Code and Theory, and proptech entrepreneurship, Martin co-founded Avenue 8 in 2020 as a tech-enabled mobile-first brokerage. When Sidekick's AI tooling proved more compelling than the brokerage itself, he made the bold call to shut down the brokerage entirely and go all-in on the software platform. Sidekick has raised $18M in funding, won back-to-back Webby Awards in 2024, and secured MLS partnerships covering over 120,000 real estate agents across the US.
